Shaqiri on Stoke for example (not sure how he's been but you get the point), Payet on West Ham when he was still there, then you'll have other players who can make an impact to the team but probably won't be able to hurt the stronger teams much. Andre Carillo can be seen in that category. He's not at the level for a top club as we can both agree, but he's more than good enough to get in a team like Newcastle or Watford. You've got to be disciplined as a unit and can't carry anyone. This was our problem with both relegations, we had players who saw themselves as too good for that part of the league table, they didn't have the attitude or the know-how. Not the same leve I know but players can improve. Manquillo has obviously shown something when he was younger to get the reputation he had a few years back. He is only 23 so plenty time to improve. He could be totally shite but as long as we've got the numbers it shouldn't be too damaging. It's not beyond Rafa to sign someone and barely if ever play them.
