MARCA offer this morning's front page in relation to the news that Diego Costa could be about to go back to Atlético Madrid.  Up top we they also use a phrase Zidane said in the post match press conference after losing to Real Betis; "Be Calm".  At the bottom, news of Valentino Rossi where he is getting back on the bike 21 days after breaking both his tibia and his fibula.

MUNDO DEPORTIVO getting their own back after various humorous front pages after the Supercop de España defeats...  In today's front page they show a stat I mentioned two days ago; Messi has scored 9 goals in La Liga so far which is the same amount of goals Real Madrid have in total.

AS deliver their front page this morning in relation to Real Madrid's effectivity in front of goal.  The front page headline states; "A Lot Of Shooting, But Terrible Aiming".  They also state that this is the worst start for Real Madrid in the past 10 years and that 15 other teams in La Liga so far have a better record at home than Real.  Up top the news that it seems both Atlético Madrid and Chelsea have come to an agreement over Diego Costa and his possible return to Atlético Madrid.

SPORT offer their front page referring to Real Madrid's terrible start to this season's campaign.  For them, this start by Real Madrid is their worst in 25 years and that many fans are questioning Zidane tactically.

Regional Valencian sports daily SUPER DEPORTE today offer their front page in relation to Kondogbia and that Valencia CF have already decided to sign him permanently (he's on loan right now).  Apparently he will cost €25m with a €100m buy-out clause with a contract until 2022.

Regional Valencian sports daily SUPER DEPORTE deliver their front page this morning with a double headline...  Up top we have today's game Valencia will be playing away to Real Sociedad in Anoeta where a victory will maintain them in a Champions League slot and also a reference to the fact wondered Carlos Soler debuted in Anoeta last season for Valencia under Prandelli.  The second half of the front page is dedicated to Valencia Basket who won the Spanish Basketball Supercup 69-63 against Gran Canaria.

Italy's LA GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT also do a double front page.  Up top Valentino Rossi who in two weeks has come back from a double leg break and still in plaster to qualify in third place for today's MotoGP race...  They call him "ET, The Extra Terrestrial".  The bottom half of the front page dedicated to the victory by Juventus against city rivals Torino by 4-0 and a stellar display from Paulo Dybala.

Portugal's A BOLA this morning offer their front page to Benfica's first home win of the season which came against Paços Ferreira by 2-0 and with a front page headline that reads; "They've Woken Up".  Also Sporting's first slip up of the season where they drew 1-1 away to Moreirense.  Up top on the right corner a reference to an article inside today's A Bola on the history of Barcelona's Camp Nou.

MARCA this morning delivered its front page dedicated to Spain's qualification for the World Cup in Russia next summer after beating Albania 3-0.  The headline reads; 'The Zsars of Russia".  on the right we have Agentina's woes after their 0-0 draw at home to Perú in La Bombonera which has made their passage to the World Cup finals all the more difficult and further down on the right hand side we see a review on Iniesta's renewal with FC Barcelona for life.

Regional Andalusian sports daily ESTADIO DEPORTIVO  go with their front page dedicated to an extensive interview held inside with Real Betis head coach, Quique Setién.  One of the quotes from his interview makes the front page where he says his football philosophy is based on winning and not mediocrity on being close.  He wants to build a team to win and that means making the team feel confident.

Italy's LA GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT dedicated this morning's front page to Italy's 1-1 draw with Macedonia.  The front page headline reads; "Italy Booed"...  In the subheading it talks about how Italy could even not make it into the play-offs if they were to lose the final game against Albania.

Argetnina's sports daily OLÉ also goes with the World Cup qualifiers but they obviously go with Argentina's difficult mission to go through.  The front page headline reads; "Let's go for the miracle".  After all the negative talk in the Argentinian press the day before after the 0-0 at home to Perú, now it's talk of hyping up the final game and feeling positive.  They're going for the fact it wouldn't be the first time other nations feel the pressure and fall at the final hurdle.

This morning MARCA's front page is in reference to the continuing World Cup qualifiers and the possible big players that could miss out...  Luka Modrić, James Rodríguez, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Alexis Sánchez and Gianluigi Buffon.  All of those player's respective national teams' destinies will soon be known.  Up top Spain's victory against Israel away in Jerusalem last night with Illarramendi scoring a blistering shot for a 0-1 victory.

MARCA deliver a rather humorous front page this morning coupled with the front page headline stating that the big game in La Liga in on tonight; "For Dinner We Have Caviar".  The humorous part using a plate and a knife and fork is because of the curious statements both Diego Someone and Ernesto Valverde made in the pre-match press conference.  The Atleti coach answering a question about how they would set-up the grass he stated that when he invites someone around his house he doesn't expect the person invited to question what he puts on the table.  Valverde when told about Simeone's remark, he answered humorously that his team will adapt to the menu and the crockery.

Italy's LA GAZZETTA DELO SPORT offer this morning's front page focusing again on the three big games of the weekend in Series 'A'.  One is left to be played which is referenced up top and is the Milan derby.  The other two were played yesterday and that's where the front page headline focuses its attention; "Juve Flop, Napoli Run Off".  Also Insigne's 100th goal of his career.

Portugal's A BOLA focus their attention on this morning's front page with Benfica's 0-1 victory against Olhanense, with a front page headline that reads; "Gabs Has Goals".  A good victory with new faces.  Also references to Cristiano Ronaldo's 85th minute goal away to Getafe which saved Real Madrid's day.

France's L'ÉQUIPE this morning offer their front page dedicated to PSG's hard fought 1-2 victory against Dijon with a from page headline that reads; "Meunier Scores Twice".  Also a reference to Federer and Nadal being inseparable this year.

MARCA go the Champions League route in this morning's front page with Real Madrid's imminent game against Tottenham Hotspur.  In an interview with Fernando Llorente who is playing in the Premier League he talks about Harry Kane and how he rates him amongst the best in Europe.  The front page headline reads; "Harry The Strong".  At the bottom we see references to last night's crazy game which saw Valencia win 3-6 away to Real Betis.

MUNDO DEPORTIVO pay homage to Samuel Umtiti with a front page headline that reads; "Umtiti The Colossus".  Inside there's a full analysis on Umtiti's complete stats since arriving at Barcelona from the centimetres he's run to every single tackle and interception he's made.   At the bottom suggestions that Manchester United want Gareth Bale who is surplus at Real Madrid but the Premier League club are apparently afraid that Real will demand David de Gea as part of any deal.

AS also go Champions League this morning with an interview they held with Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino.  The front page headline reads; 'If You Haven't Played At The Bernabéu, You Haven't Been Baptised".  On the right references to an inside analysis on Barça's Ernesto Valverde's substitutions and rotations since taking charge at the Camp Nou and how he's gotten it all right.

SPORT offer their front page focusing on one of Barça's young stars who's been making the headlines since the start of the season.  So much so that he makes the front page of a national sports paper this morning.  José Arnáiz has even been compared to Lionel Messi and one thing's for sure, he's got everyone watching Barcelona 'B' games this season.  Ernesto Valverde himself has attended various 'B' games and rumours are he's about to bring him into the first team which could spell doom for Gerard Deulofeu and Paco Alcácer.  Up top a focus on the MotoGP and Marc Márquez beginning to run away with the World Title.

Portugal's A BOLA focus on Benfica's young Belgian goalkeeper Mile Svilar who isstarting to make big headlines and if he plays against Manchester United this week in the Champions League he could break Ikea Casillas' record as the youngest ever keeper to play in the tournament at 18 years of age.  The front page headline reads; "Svilar At The Doors Of History".

Italy's LA GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT focus on Juventus and AS Roma in last night's Champions League.  Juventus scraped a home victory in the dying minutes when Mario Mandžukić scored the 2-1 winner and AS Roma earned a wonderful draw at Stamford Bridge which was almost a victory with Edin Džeko as the star of the show.
