He wont even be on an official list but Wenger should definitely be top of this sack list now, I don't know what he is all about these days, any manager could be doing his job the way he does it plus for 3/4 of the money less.

Strange, the timestamp on that post says 7 hours ago but I swear I read it 7 years ago.

Even if we landed the transfer targets, or better, not even had to replace Lukaku, we'd still be in the same mess.

Koeman is gone, he's lost the vast majority of the away fans and it's close to tipping over at Goodison. We've never really been a great place for under pressure players/teams/managers to work under. It's difficult home ground when you're not playing well.

It's basic stuff that both the manager and players are getting wrong which is now starting to worry people. If he hasn't realised how wrong he is after 15 games of our season when is he?

We've got Lyon, Arsenal then Chelsea in 3 different competitions coming up. I don't see anything else other than out of two and drifting further away from the top half of the league.

Don't let the truth get in the way of his cringeworthy agenda.

Agenda? Koeman has won 4 away games in almost 18 months at Everton. You can use any excuse you like why that is the case but it’s absolutely pathetic considering the team they had last season and the money that’s been spent on it this summer.

 That’s not an agenda, it’s a fact.

It’s not just me saying it either. It’s basically everyone in the thread including the Everton fans, who I’m sure have more of an insight of what’s happening down at Goodison than you or I.

Agenda xD I barely post in here anymore due it being like a fucking morgue most the time.

Your 'fact' earlier was they won one away game.

For the last two years or so every time anybody has mentioned 'Everton' you turn in to a 13 year old boy that has just discovered pornhub. I'm surprised you haven't recognised this yourself.

This is all third party stuff, but in the summer I was having a catch up with an old friend whose well connected with people at certain clubs and one if them is Everton. He said Koeman runs the club as a strict headteacher type which puts fear in to the players. In terms of disciplining the players I think that's great but when you constantly have that approach you find morale and form go hand in hand. This is his first major test in England and it will be interesting if he adapts his approach to cope with it.

I'm not saying Everton shouldn't get rid if this continues. I just feel all Premier League Managers are in their positions on merit at the moment and those down the bottom deserve an opportunity to turn their seasons fortunes when it's so tight down the bottom.

Regarding David Unsworth I'm sure he would love the opportunity to step up at a club close to his heart but at the same time I hope he'd consider that he's got a really good number in his role at the moment. The club are investing heavily in young, talented players and there's no where near the same expectation or scrutiny in his current role. He could effectively oversee 3 or 4 managerial changes on his current role. Why put yourself under more stress when you've got a cushty ideal gig that works for you.

This is the sack race thread and Koeman is the hot topic. Who do you want me to talk about, fucking Jose Mourinho?

It's fairly common knowledge here that his managerial style is like that and it's because of this that the likes of Barkley and Mirallas have fallen out with him and want to move. I guarantee they're not the only ones with thoughts like this as well.

Unsworth would jump at the chance to take us over for longer than the one game he got when Martinez left. It's still early in his managerial career, he's only been assistants before but he's worth a go for a bit when Koeman leaves and we scope out a new manager.
