Serviert wird alles mögliche Currywurst, sämtliche Schnitzelvarianten, Kartoffelsalat, Spätzle, Schweinshaxe, Strammer Max, Steaks, Hamburger, irgendwelche Schweizer Kacke usw. Was die asiatische Küche angeht, so richtig mag ich wirklich nur Thai. Indisch ist nicht so meins, Koreanisch und Chinesisch (original, nicht eingedeutscht) auch nicht so sehr. Es gibt natürlich einige leckere Sachen überall, die Auswahl ist ja richtig groß, aber im großen Ganzen könnte ich nur Thailändisch empfehlen. My chef always did it with diced tomatoes or tomato paste + a bit of stock as a base, curry and paprika powder, some brown sugar and Apfelmus or Orange juice and spices to balance the taste.
