  1. I know this was aimed at Rando but yeah it's massive. Moshiri is the owner, but unofficially the club was bankrolled by Usmanov. Once the Russian sanctions hit we lost his funding, which was the funding used for transfers and the stadium - which is now why we are so financially constrained. The stadium will cripple us IMO, we'll be another Valencia. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if we don't own the stadium once built and it ends up being some weird lease type scenario.

  4. Day three in Milan now complete. First day was kind of lazy, got in after a fairly early morning flight hung out until we got into the b&b to shower and do some laundry and nap before heading out to the San Siro for the evening and the match. Day two we spent most of it near the Duomo and what a site it was. Really amazing stuff. We did a short guided tour to get some history and went up top to the rooftops as well. Other then that finished off the evening in the canal district which was a really neat area and a great dinner. Day three we spent at Lake Como. Thank you for kicking me to go here @Rucksackfranzose and @Stan it was beautiful. Really reminded me of the Amalfi coast area with all the little quaint towns. The water was amazing to cool off in as well. Ended up spending most of our time in Bellagio but we trained into Varena first and trained out of Como. Didn't end up with allot of time in Como itself but we did make it up to the funicular for another great viewpoint. I also don't know what we would have done with another day in Milan either, this was a great day trip. Tbh so far the only place I felt like we didn't have enough time so far was Siracusa. It was just too big to cover everything worth seeing in one day. Off to Venice tomorrow for 1 day before heading to Florence after. One pic from the viewpoint in Como.

  5. Unfortunately, the first part in bold, regardless of where you are in the UK, isn't anything new. Working in NHS Wales, the amount of times we're told that we need to be 'accountable for our actions', yet you hear things like this and other hospitals/areas where negligence has occurred due to issues that senior management and directors paying no notice or ignoring concerns, is laughable really. No accountability at the top whatsoever and I'll be surprised if anything happens to the nursing director (who's been suspended, but likely on a 'wait until it blows over' basis) or anyone else. If anything does happen, expect a lovely golden handshake for those cunts. For the second part, they should be facing jail themselves as they've basically played a part in those deaths by ignoring concerns and letting it continuing, but we know that won't happen. Sorry, that started to turn into a minor rant there.
