Results A bumper edition of results because I've been swamped at work again - if you drew before the latest game, you're at the same team. I'm going to be on holiday from Monday but I'll try and keep the results as up to date as I can - but if not, you'll have to keep tabs on your teams and post in here of any movements you'd like to do in the events of draws. @Stan remains top of the table with 2 more wins with Leicester and with other results, he's building a gap now. Grenoble got another 0-0 draw but I'm staying put in the hope of a win with them soon. Another 0-0 for St Pauli and @Viva la FCB too! We now have our first breakthrough to the top flight as @londonerlilie 's Wimbledon lost out in the EFL Cup to Chelsea. @Tommy grabbed another win too with Nurnberg. @RandoEFC caused me a little bit of a headache as Stockport lost out to Manchester United's U21 team - I've made the decision that he will indeed move to them as they are active in Premier League 2 so he will still get games. He started his first game with the U21s with a 10-1 win over Stoke U21. @Storts loses 2 games on the bounce, first with Ipswich losing 4-3 to Leeds, and then Leeds being knocked out of the EFL Cup by Salford. A win and a loss for Birmingham means @CaaC (John) moves to Cardiff. It was also a win and a loss for @Bluewolf but the other way round, losing with Blackpool to Lincoln before they then went on to beat Sheffield United on penalties - Bluewolf's first win of the season! @Rucksackfranzose has moved to Unterhaching, @Coma is now with Kaiserslautern and @Lucas moves from Gillingham to Colchester. I don't know how they don't realise that if you imitate an angry misogynist... you're probably just dooming your life to being insecure, lonely, and angry. I understand that these kids are vulnerable and they're being targeted, I get it... I grew up, I was once an insecure, lonely (well I felt lonely, idk if I actually was lonely), and angry young boy. It's just sad to see how effective marketing bullshit towards these kids is so effective at building up a base of little misogynistic shitbags that act in a way that's never going to make them happy. I don't think it'll help them with women, for the most part. Some might end up successfully abusing some poor young women... but I think most women see that kind of shit and have a billion red flags come up. And rather than blame themselves or the dickheads targeting them, they're just going to blame society and women for them being so lonely and angry. It's pretty fucked up tbh.

Plenty of goals across the latest games, but the first goal in Game 23 was in the 19th minute... 2 points 3 points! + 1 point for @Toinho and his 21st-minute pick Game 24 had a first goal in the 35th minute, but no winners there. Table after Game 24: I move up to 3rd level with @Bluewolf, @CaaC (John) gets his first exact score and is now level with 3 others on 5 points, while @Toinho goes level with @Lucas and @Tommy.

It is a sad state of affairs that Maguire, Phillips & J Henderson are still in. But the obvious replacements do not exactly spring readily to mind. Perhaps Konsa, Ward-Prowse & Loftus Cheek ? Not exactly the next promising generation though. Plenty of full backs still around. Plenty of wing-CAMs. Watkins being kept out. But, midfielders in particular do seem few & far between. I guess the positive is that the midfield 3 for the next few tournaments should be Rice, Bellingham & one other. There is talk of TAA being used in midfield. If Maddison continues dropping deep for Spurs, does he come into it? But the days when England mens side is asking players to play out of position. Or looking to the Championship really do seem to be nearing. The England side itself becoming the place some players breakthrough. What many of the more concerned have been worried of for a while.

Went to the Stadio Olimpico tonight for Lazio v Genoa. Not the best match ever but again alot of fun. Awesome stadium to experience. 1-0 Genoa final.
