  2. The wife had a ladies night around our daughters, bottles of wine, a Chinese take-away and watching a film, lucky she checked her bag when leaving for the taxi as Puddin had decided to settle in it for the night and that bought back memories when one of the pet rats (Zoom) did the same a few months back and the wife nearly took Zoom home with her in the bus.

  3. Palm is Belgian, so no surprise there It was one of the main choices for parties in our student halls in Holland, and we used to get cases of it from the nearby Spar just a few meters away Quite surprised you haven't heard of Schlenkerla though, to be honest! A very traditional brewery with a very unique taste profile. Literally like drinking a BBQ

  6. The most powerful nuclear-powered ice breaker in the world, 50 Let Pobedy (50 Years of Victory). Arktika-class vessel with two nuclear reactors, 75000 HP, 160m long, 11m max draught, can break through 3 meter thick ice, cruising speed of 20 knots in open water. Has a dining room, sauna, library, auditorium, passenger lounge, volleyball court, gym, swimming pool (indoor, heated), infirmary, elevator, helipad (helicopter deck) with a Mi-2 transport helicopter. What a ship; looks so majestic and ominous.

  10. Seriously, give it a try if you can find it. Not something I'd want to drink regularly, but definitely worth trying just for the unique taste alone. Campfire, BBQ, spare ribs, bacon. First things that come in mind It surely isn't for everyone, similar to smoky, peated scotch.

  12. Firstly what US and Western world in general ignores while dealing with Pakistan is the 'nasty' neighbourhood around it. India has always tried to encircle Pakistan using Pashtun nationalist elements in Afghanistan and you've seen the likes of Ghani complete crooks who've been a pain in the ass for Pakistan since it came to existence. First PM was killed by a Pashtun nationalist. In 1960s and 70s they literally tried land invasion into Pakistani territories. So when Pakistan sees that US is completely ignorant of their concerns of hostile regimes being prompted under their noses but they don't care. They rethought their approach towards Taliban but remember before that nearly all of top Taliban leadership was captured by Pakistan and handed over to US. And why Pakistan prefers Taliban over the likes of Ghani? Because they don't actively act against them and keep Indian influence out. Even though they also aren't the ideal case. Even then Pakistan's influence on Taliban is only to the extent of their policy making. Not on ground support and funding which is complete propaganda which Indian networks peddle anytime and Imperialist and Islamophobes in West happy to propagate as it's a cover for their own failures. All in all Pakistan reacts to situation in Afghanistan doesn't instigate them. Pakistan has a realistic approach in Afghanistan take the best hand available not what you want. All others players US bomb this, buy those, Iran only sees through the nationalistic view of Persian hegemony. When they see Pakistan doing relatively better they get frustrated like they know something that they don't. On OBL I personally don't believe a word of the official narrative. You answered your question yourself why no repercussion for something you hunted while screwing the whole world? Was the same secrecy was around Sadam or Gaddafi death or anyone who US didn't like? so why OBL There is something more than what meets the eye. But even with what's accepted US forces have stated their was no involvement from within Pakistani sources. Like how people are coming to realise this whole WoT I'm pretty sure 10-20 years from now something big about his death will also unfold.

  16. From hazy memories of Liverpool's past, Henderson seems more comparable to Steve McMahon than Steve Gerrard. For a long time Gerrard was Liverpool's star man, not just captain & main CM. Henderson as an individual doesn't seem like he's at the same level as Gerrard. But this team is obviously the best it's been for Liverpool since Rush, Barnes, Hansen, McMahon, Grobelaar, etc.

  19. I'm stating facts, I don't troll, I leave that to the professionals like you. 52 thousand average attendance my arse, there were tickets available all over the stadium yesterday an hour before the game. Someone posted a image of your ticket availability page off your club website. Your alleged average is as legit as your alleged wage bill. All fabricated for a reason. As for last night, unfortunately that's the only part of any of your posts that is factually true.

Talking about mobile phones again the wife has had this one for over 10 years and she won't get a new one and swears by this it, it fits into the palm of my hand it's that small, all the letters on the keypads are worn away yet the wife knows what key has what letter etc, I won't touch it as even with my glasses on I can just make out the keypads.

  25. Funny you say that I've got some City supporting mates and they say that was their favourite period for away days etc... My old man also says the same about the season we spent down in the old division 2. Like you say grounds you never visit and you also take huge numbers. Personally I get where Pep was coming from but it wasn't something a manager should address as it felt like he was questioning the support. Its a fact City don't fill that stadium often, City fans hate it hence why every fan of other clubs enjoy hitting them with that fact. He knows the club isn't that big really, he knows the money pumped in is the only reason you are now competing at the top table of World football. He didn't need to ram it home so other clubs could would ridicule you more.

  32. Would not have a clue about this game but the wife has just bought this for wee Kaiden's Birthday coming up in a couple of weeks time, we had a fair idea that he loved this character with Super Mario next as he is always playing the games around here when visiting or on a sleepover, cost £40 odd's but who gives a fuck, it's his Birthday.
