Been a while TFF/TF365. One of many things I’ve been up to since I last spoke to you all. At my sisters wedding walking her down the aisle. Proud moment thinking of the old man.8 points

Albon starts 6th after making into Q3 on merit. Well done to him. I don't think Red Bull will miss him but he is at least getting the chance to prove he's an effective driver and he's quite regularly taken the opportunity to be somewhat competitive in the Williams when the car has actually given him the chance.2 points

If it's boring why are you reacting to it? You're like a man that is allergic to shellfish and keeps going back to the lobster buffet to complain how sick he feels.2 points

Is anyone genuinely talking about the title? The goal is obviously still top 4. Man City will be running away with the title anyway.1 point
-
Far too early for people to be talking about the title. This is why you can’t attribute changing expectations mid-season to overall achievements. Because Arsenal may scrape 4th by the bottom of the barrel this season, get spanked home and away by Liverpool and City, drop out of the Europa League and under these expectations that could be seen as a disappointment to some. But it would be a definitive success. Arsenal battered Bournemouth, comfortably beat Leicester but the Palace game could have been a draw, as could today, and it’s a completely different narrative. Arsenal have an extremely difficult 2 months coming up that will stretch their squad to its potential thinnest whilst also challenging the consistency of their peak performances with games against Tottenham, United, Liverpool, Chelsea, City whilst playing away to Brentford, Leeds, Southampton, Wolves and playing 6 Europa League group games with an EFL Cup game thrown in.1 point

That one single time I could do with Bayern scoring a whole lot because of the "Place your bet" game, they only score once. Useless club- disband them!1 point

Yann Sommer EASILY motm. The best goalkeeper in Germany atm. Loved it when Bayern was down and got agitated at every little thing. Showing their true faces, the whiny arrogant twats they are.1 point

STRIKER DE LIGT man Sommer should be illegal1 point

Very high chance if we don't pick up points soon. Yeah, selling all our expensive assets will be fantastic business and really wise for where we want to be. You just want one of them to come to you1 point

Kinda annoyed Liverpool didn't manage to get to double figures against Bournemouth just to make it the most Bournemouth result ever. Early to call it but they look like the worst team in the league by a stretch. Might be slightly harsh though as they beat Villa then they've had City, Arsenal, Liverpool. It's just a lot of teams would lose all three of those games but at least put up a fight or two to carry some confidence forward into their easier fixtures. Now Bournemouth face Wolves having to try not to think about the fact they've lost 9-0 four days earlier.1 point

Well Leverkusen claim their first points and their first win of the season by beating Mainz. Palacios opened the scoring for them with a right footed shot from outside the penalty box, that found the bottom left hand corner of the net. Frimpong then scored Leverkusen's 2nd goal after he was excellently set up by Diaby. Frimpong was on hand to slot Diaby's cross into the bottom right corner of the goal. Frimpong went on to score his 2nd goal and Leverkusen's 3rd after he took advantage of a terrible blunder in the Mainz defence, to tuck the ball home into the net. Hincapie and Bakker would be sent off in the 2nd half, but Leverkusen still held on and kept a clean sheet as well. This was by far Leverkusen's best performance of the season so far. Final score: Mainz 0-3 Bayer Leverkusen1 point

So it's OK for certain members to rabbit on about the same old shit every transfer window, but it's not ok for me to oppose it? Ffs we have lost 3 games in about 2 years and all you hear is doom and gloom. It's fucking boring pal.1 point

Liverpool are playing well, talks of crisis were stupid. They are still going to be up there at the end of the season.1 point

Chin up mate... Those were my first thoughts.... Some people get a bit carried away on holiday when they think they have met their dream person after a few drinks it all gets a bit fantasy land and love at first sight type thing.. when the drinks start flowing and all the flash chat is on the go it's easy to get carried away for a week or two but they forget that a holiday is just an escape from the ordinary 9-5 hum drum daily life.. Then it's back to reality..1 point

I feel that. If you want to have that though the last thing you want to be doing is saying you can never have it. It sounds like you've had a few more knock backs than I have lately which I'm not looking forward to if I end up in the same boat. Got to be tough but mustn't give up!1 point
