  1. I'm sure the main complaint from Arsenal fans is the fact both those two will return. 2nd leg at the Emirates means nothing considering away goals are scrapped and they probably won't make up the difference after Mane and Salah score about 3 for 4.
  2. Any team on the planet would rather face you without Mane and Salah.
  3. :Think the timing doesn't fit right for some. The fact this is coming up the moment Mane, Salah, and Keita are gone to AFCON.
  4. Pathetic this needed to be made as a video. We can forgive but we won’t forget.
  5. Yeah I was initially skeptical of Tuchel when we appointed him after learning how he upset certain players at PSG and Dortmund, along with falling out with the board on both occasions. I thought Tuchel handled this situation perfectly if i’m being honest. Seems to have learned from his previous failings. The players and the club seem to back him over Lukaku which has now made Lukaku look like a complete jackass crawling back with his apologies. Lukaku was fined and apparently everything’s been squashed now but I believe it’s only a matter of time until he does something stupid again. There’s the 2nd half of the season to go so if Lukaku really wants to be here he needs to show it during these last few months.
  6. Key to success but more importantly, sustainability. Always better to wait for the right signing then to go for the wrong one. We are a shining example of the latter.
  7. Thiago Silva extends his current deal. Absolute class this man.
  8. When even Di Canio is hitting the nail on the head... https://www.getfootballnewsitaly.com/2022/di-canio-slams-chelseas-lukaku-he-complains-at-the-first-difficulties/ “There are various aspects to consider in this interview: the character, the contradictions, the moment, the lack of awareness of what you are saying and at what levels. Then, there’s the weakness of an athlete who gives up after six months because perhaps he arrived there with an arrogance due to the fact that he does not realize the size and the levels. He won the Scudetto in Italy as a co-star with his teammates, but he is not a Messi or a player like that. With Zapata, Inter would have won anyway. He’s a functional player who did his duty.”
  9. Let's get this straight. First, we can bash Lukaku all we want, but Tuchel isn't innocent in any of this. We all knew the kind of profile Lukaku was as a footballer, along with the risks and baggage he carried. From what's been said, Tuchel pushed for this move. And considering the Lampard & Neville interview, the Chelsea Manager has full say on whether or not a player is purchased at the club. So this myth that the club are buying players the manager doesn't want can be rightfully tossed out the window. Second, why is Tuchel bringing in a striker he doesn't know how to utilise? Was this a desperate signing to relieve pressure off himself by adding a goal scorer or is this a calculated long term move in order to build the team around him? And if so, a question needs to be asked. Why are we sacrificing a system that won us the Champions League in favor of a system that gets the best out of a player as limited as Lukaku? For which ever reason he was purchased it does not give much long term confidence with Tuchel on how he handles the market when instead of waiting for the right signing, he goes for the wrong one. This type of thinking is what held us back under Conte when we had that disastrous 2017 summer window. Third, this unprofessionalism from Lukaku should of been expected. He's done it his entire career. He complained to the media in 2012 of his lack of playing time when it was clear he was still very raw. He complained to the media in 2015 when he thought competing against a prime Diego Costa was beneath him. He complained to the media in 2019 when Ole benched him considering he was overweight and offered United nothing. He complained to the media in 2020 when Conte benched him for two games. He shows no loyalty where ever he is so the fact he suckered so many Chelsea fans with this move is laughable. Bloke kissed the badge where ever he went and is quick to burn bridges with the club and fans considering it's now second nature to him. It was evident we were a much more fluid team with Havertz on the pitch, so the question was when, not if, Lukaku would start talking to the media again, as I am 100% sure this is what it all boils down to. I'm glad after this interview the Inter fans still reject him. Fourth, with all this said, I still hope the club remain patient with Tuchel. He has already done enough to show we can trust him and his football. He could genuinely be the long term manager we need and I pray he learns as he goes.
  10. https://football-italia.net/lukaku-expresses-chelsea-regrets-and-inter-reunion-hopes/ This is the same guy who thought competing against a prime Diego Costa was beneath him. We all knew this would happen when it was already evident we are a better team with Havertz as CF.
  11. My gripe was that for a film that is meant to be satire, it was incredibly unfunny. Only humor I found was Jonah Hill because he's Jonah Hill.
  12. Thought it was climate change moreso Covid.
  13. It is a good game bar the ending. They've fixed several bug issues but they've been preparing for the next gen update this whole time. I don't think I'll even play the DLC's until they fix the end mission.
  14. I disagree when only one argument in this whole debacle is actually supported by science. These restrictions, travel bans, lockdowns, and overcrowding of hospitals and the lack of medical staff are at a direct result of those who refuse to get vaccinated. We are genuinely at a stand still with no hope of moving forward. How else are they going to reach these people? There will always be conspiracy theorists and the alt right who believe this is a left wing political scheme. Just yesterday, my wife (an LPN) told me that one of her patients was being treated for Covid, and when she refused the antibodies the Doctor wanted to give her, the Doctor literally sighed and asked her "Do you want to die?"
  15. At this point, it is. They've tried every single way to breakthrough to those that refuse vaccinations, so personally, I love their statement. "I don't want to get the vaccine". "Then die".
  16. @LFCMadLad Can you provide me a tl:dr version of Gonzo's post?
  17. Cyberpunk. Almost 9 months since I've last played and they've added nothing.
  18. That's why I back them to get 4th spot. Conte is very result oriented and it seems he already has the fans and players on his side, which is utterly massive in the grand scheme of things. As the cliché goes, his passion makes you want to go to war with him.
