The ending in particular mystified me. What was the actual point? What direction were they going with? They built it up as if you kill patient zero, you kill them all? How did that bloke get on the plane without being tested?

Apparently his ankle injury he received from Meunier back in 2020 has had some long term complications. He's got tendonitis now so its prone to reoccurring injuries. Add the fact he had to change his running style because of it (and always showing up to preseason overweight) it adds muscular imbalances to other areas of his body which only further risks him of injury. Basically, he's finished.

I think Leicester can enjoy themselves with how the season panned out, but on a financial standpoint, missing out on the CL in back to back seasons will harm them in my opinion. That's €150 million of potential revenue gone. Revenue that would've allowed them to help cement their place as a Top 4 side given their efficient recruitment process. Finding an adequate Vardy replacement and strength in depth is all they need. Qualifying for the CL season after season would grant them this and most importantly, help match wages.

It's entertaining don't get me wrong but it started out promising and very original in some aspects. Thought it would be something different but Snyder couldn't resist ruining a good plot.

Had to of been him really. Probably our only consistent player this season and a vast improvement from last season.

Joker - 9/10 Watched it a 2nd time and I now disagree with many who merely think Phoenix made the film. The plot itself is Oscar worthy. President Reagan repealing the Mental Health Systems Act of 1980, which led to most mental hospitals not receiving any funding. Arthur succumbing to his illness, dealing with his inner demons only worsening when society itself drives Arthur mad. I think its a brilliant piece of film and the critics can fuck themselves. The film accurately reflects that mental illness is not well understood and can represent something unpredictable.

It was ass.
