Well the Marseille v Benfica game finishes 1-0 after extra time and 2-2 on aggregate. So we are going to penalties. I am sure @Machado will be feeling nervous.

Marseille are leading Benfica 1-0 at home and the match has gone to extra time, as the aggregate score is level at 2-2. I am hoping Benfica reach the semi-finals. They look a very good team and I am impressed with several of their players.

Well Bayer Leverkusen drew away to West Ham 1-1 on the night and advance 3-1 on aggregate. This season has been incredible for Leverkusen, I hope they continue their unbeaten run as long as possible.

Roma beat AC Milan 2-1 in Rome and win 3-1 on aggregate, as they advance to the semi-finals of the Europa League. Roma had Celik sent-off after only 31 minutes, but Roma still managed to beat AC Milan 2-1, Mancini and Dybala were their scorers. Roma will play Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-finals.

Frimpong equalises for Leverkusen! Leverkusen look like they're going to maintain their unbeaten record in all competitions! Frimpong cut in from the right flank and unleashed a powerful left foot shot that took a deflection off  of Cresswell and found the back of the net. Well done Leverkusen!

West Ham 1-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Frimpong one on one with Fabianski as Leverkusen attack on the counter, but Frimpong skies his shot. Frimpong should have scored there, that should have been the equaliser.

That's twice Frimpong has forced Fabianski into blocks with long range efforts from the right flank.

Leverkusen are playing much better in this 2nd half.

Wirtz should have done better with that chance that presented itself to him from the cross. He totally miss-hit that shot. Leverkusen looking more lively though since Boniface, Frimpong and Tapsoba all came on as subs.

Andre misses his penalty against Villa. So Aston Villa advance to the semi-finals as they win 4-3 on penalties despite losing 2-1 on the night. It finished 3-3 on aggregate and Villa then went on to win 4-3 on penalties in France.

I told @Rucksackfranzose that this game wouldn't be easy. West Ham are really up for this, but it doesn't help that Leverkusen have rested some top players and left them on the bench.

The line-ups are out and West Ham are surprisingly boosted by the return of Bowen, while Alvarez also starts in midfield.  As for Leverkusen Florian Wirtz starts, but Leverkusen have benched Boniface, Hofmann, Adli, Andrich, Frimpong, Tapsoba and Hradecky. I hope Leverkusen don't lose and keep their unbeaten run in all competitions going. Even a draw would be fine by me today.
