Postcodes sell houses mate, catchment areas for schools sells house, transport links sell houses. Wales has always been unique, you're buying into a lovely lifestyle, North Wales has some stunning places and what makes it so appealing is the house prices are insanely cheap to go with the beaches and mountains. The house my mum owns now is lovely but for less money in North Wales they can get a detached three bedroom bungalow with an extension, twice as much land and a beach a stone throw away. Thats why they are going off the market in seconds.
-
Weird that because I will literally talking about this with my mum and dad last night and actually thought they were taking the piss. They are looking to buy in North Wales and have said it's like hitting your head against a brick wall. People must know the time new properties are being upload on to the site because my mum said she see's a new property and asks for a viewing only to be told they've already accepted an offer. The housing market is crazy these days, I'm pretty lucky I live in a good postcode and am literally 5 minutes from the airport. I've sold two houses in the last 5 years and both have sold within two days of them being placed on the market. My first house had four viewings on the first day and we had two solid offers and my second house sold off a viewing on the second day. My wife has set up camp in the current house, I'm all for moving again as the house prices are climbing all the time in my area.

Aguero on a free Wijnaldum on a free Depay on a free Eric Garcia on a free Either really clever from Barca or a sign of their financially situation. They really are going to end up with a bang average side aren't they, I wouldn't take any of them other than Wijnaldum and he's the wrong side of 30.

They never get football movies right, if they make the film then it would be better if they showed zero of the football action because that's always what drags the films down.

Exactly, they didn't even bother telling us if she died yet we watched her rescue. As for Batista, I didn't think he was that bad, his size made him perfect ex army hero material. Apparently he won't work with Disney again due to a stand off so he's done with Guardians of the Galaxy.
-
I tried not to post any spoilers to be fair The helicopter crash was a shocker, I'm certain a post or something went through the front of the chopper window, yet Batista was sat against a rock like he'd just landed safely and his daughter didn't have a scratch. Poor Gita who derailed the whole escape wasn't even given an ending, those poor bloody kids of hers. The movie was half about how she'd gone missing in action.

Army of the dead I've got to say I wanted this to be brilliant, even convinced the wife to watch it even though I know she hates Zombie movies. Told her it's a reverse movie, we weren't running from zombies we were fighting them for Las Vegas millions... Sold her the dream, got the wine, the popcorn, convinced her to watch it in bed. 2 and half hours later she was fast asleep and I was thinking how average the film actually was. If a trailer could sell a film then this one did just that, so many flaws it was untrue. 4/10

One of the last movies I watched at the cinema that was, me and the kids loved it. I'd have easily given it an 8/10, so fun. Can't wait for the next.

I've just been told a good one off one of my mates. Apparently he knows a painter and decorator who's having to do a rush job on a property in Bowdon, Cheshire. This property is one of several that need work doing before early next week when a certain Harry Kane will be viewing properties. Someone always knows someone who is in the know don't they.

Looking at the daily new cases for the last few days, averaging around 2500 per day. Hardly growing out of control is it, I'd so isolating the area's of concern is the better option. I can see localised lockdowns and maybe a partial lockdown, I don't see a full lockdown happening again now we're well on with the vaccinations. At the end of the day if they really was that concerned with this Indian variant they'd have put the latest opening measures on hold.

Didn't he promise his whole purse? I remember my mum even posting on Facebook what a fantastic gesture it was. I actually think the fame in the U.S has gone to his head a little bit at the moment if I'm honest, I've also noticed some on the photo's of his body don't match the video's of himself on the bag. He posted a video last night and he look a good bit slimmer on the video than his recent photo's in Miami.

I'm gonna call it now, I think either one could get beat myself. I'd go Fury, just don't like the odds with getting in a third time with a fighter so heavy fisted.
-
Yeah but if he could keep busy he could defo out work Joshua work wise, I'd imagine Joshua would manage his weight well to allow him more mobility and stamina through the fight. You could be right about the Fury camp as well, both announcements came too close together for Fury not to know he had to fight Wilder, even if the court case was the following day why wouldn't he wait until the outcome before releasing the video.
-
Wilder isn't going anywhere, Fury has all but admitted he's got to fight him next and it wouldn't surprise me if Wilder knocked him out next fight. I know he put Fury down in the first fight but law of average says if you keep getting in the ring with a man loaded with dynamite in his fists your going to eventually get caught by one of the bombs. As for AJ vs Usyk, I agree tough tough fight Joshua because Usyk is a well skilled operator, I would love to see how he took one of Joshua's big shots though. Chisora wasn't really every effected by Usyk's power but just didn't seem to have a stamina to break down Usyk's ring craft.

Brightburn Basically a reverse role superhero film, kid gets adopted by parents who can't have children. That story unravels and then realises he's not like the rest of the kids in school because he has superpowers. He then decides he want's to go down the more evil route than the good I can save the world route and ends up turning bad! 6/10

Bohemian Rapsody Can't believe it's taken me so long to watch it but I thought it was fantastic. Far better than Rocketman. 8/10

What happened to Scouse Mouse? Big game tonight made me think of him.

Not into Marvel etc... But I really enjoyed Venom, can't wait for this.

Brilliant news, concentrate our efforts elsewhere this summer.
-
Two ways of looking at this, firstly it's nice to see the Glazers getting a kick in the teeth after the Super league fiasco and the lack of empathy towards the fans. Secondly this comes at a terrible time, we're just getting ourselves back in striking distance for title challenges and need that extra push to get the two maybe three players that would get us there. Any financial dent now would have a detrimental on us going forward and improving.

The main issue I've got is I've only paid the deposit, the rest of the holiday is to be paid off mid June. I'm actually thinking of writing off the deposit money because I'm pretty certain they will want money for changing the destination anyway. It was a totally stupid thing to do, I allowed my mate to get into my head at the time of booking as he was mad keen to book and he was saying the holiday prices would shoot up closer the time.
-
Well this was a good idea. I'm currently stuck between a rock and hard place, the wife want's to swap the destination now to a country more likely to be on the green list and I want to wait until June to see which countries are likely to be on it.

Love and monsters I really enjoyed it to be fair, okay the whole thing was very predictable and corny at times but the monsters were brilliant and there was plenty of action. Often these family style adventure movies get boring as the story isn't up to the level of the special effects but this had a good story to it as well and kept you interested. 7/10

To be honest I've heard a few rumours from people who know people within the club that claim this deal is already signed and sealed. Lingard and a small transfer fee is what I've heard. I usually ignore rumours but this one makes sense for both parties, Rice has got to the stage of his career where he fancies the step up in club size and Jessi is enjoying his time down there.

Strange one that, Cengiz Under was really highly rated for a period and I thought you'd pulled of a brilliant transfer when he came in. Concerns over his fitness, is that injuries or just general fitness levels?
