Xavi wants a return. Surely, he'd be more sensible holding off until next summer. Fresh elections, with the club starting off with a completely fresh slate and a chance of an actual pre season.

Normally a signing would only get a two or three year deal, and a three year deal would be only at the 'bigger' club (Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs). Things are a bit different for players already at the club, like Scott McKenna at Aberdeen is signed through 2024, players who have 'proved' themselves. After reading the club's press release, seems the signing came from the linkup with Atlanta United and their knowledge of South American players.

They weren't 'bad' at the football side of things, as they had David Gill running it. I think the main issue is the amount of money they have taken out the club. For all the moaning Arsenal fans make about their owners taking money from the club, it doesn't even come close to comparing to the Glazers.

No idea why individual clubs and/or leagues do these exclusive deals for games. More than ever, kids are getting into football through video games and pick a team to follow through them. If your team suddenly isn't on them, you'd think that would be a bigger hot than any amount that a computer game can afford to pay out to these individual club deals.

Seen this rumour as well. From Milan's perspective, they are cost cutting and not going to spend heavily this summer. So this makes no sense on their behalf.

Bit misleading as the last World Cup played two matches in one stadium, straight after another. So counted the same attendance across both games. New Zealand Vs Netherlands was credited with an attendance of 53,058 at the last World Cup. Funnily enough it took place an hour after Canada beat China in front of an attendance of 53,058...
