  1. The kit should've been saved to be released for when we have a good team to be honest.
  2. That is astounding! He was tested in various games there and let's not forget that within that series of clean sheets there are severely serious games full of pressure. You have to hold your hands up (pardon the pun).
  3. Marcus Rashford is an amazing player to have in the correct environment. I would say he would play in almost any first XI anywhere if playing on confidence. If Özil is on more money, then he deserves what he’s gotten because he’s a hell of a lot more influential.
  4. Far be it from me to want to defend anything about Theresa May because she is a bigot and isn’t a fan of foreigners at all. But playing Devil’s Advocate and being fair which is something that is required in these times so as to maintain credibility through honesty, then the truth has to reign. She was handed a poisoned chalice that nobody wanted. Nobody would’ve done a better job in delivering Brexit with a deal because the red lines were a must considering a decent majority of Brexit voters (not all though) wanted certain things to be delivered with one of them being the abolishment of FOM. Freedom of Movement is one of the four pillars of what the EU stands for and after understanding it fully and backed by the laws that offer governments freedom of management, I now see that freedom as one of the most amazing things that could ever have been brought about based on learning from the errors of two World Wars. She had no escape and even though she did commit errors like listening to and letting herself be advised by those scoundrels at the ERG, then this was the only outcome for her eventually as the only success was to accept her deal, THE ONLY DEAL available. The ERG are too powerful and anyone coming in as leader needs their blessing, even a remainer like Jeremy Hunt who is now singing to the same hymn sheet. Boris is one of them, but only because it benefits what he’s wanted all along, the top job. He doesn’t believe in anything other than himself which includes Brexit. Brexit is just a tool to get what he wants. Brexit is a British creation and with this it’s the sword it will be punished with. Membership of the EU has written rules which are there for everyone to abide by, including on the kamikaze attempt of wanting to leave. The rules and terms one must abide by when requesting to leave were actually written up by a British lawyer. Funnily enough there have been some very important positives to come out of this UK Brexit experience. It has taught us all, especially all the other remaining EU States of how important the European Union actually is and what it actually provides. This experience has shown everyone that all those lies, fallacies about the EU weren’t true, weren’t factual. The EU isn’t perfect and the last thing Brexit has provided is that the EU wants to reform itself to become even more transparent and fair. Something that if the UK exits, it won’t participate in and will merely be subject to everything that’s occurring around it. This sense of imperialist superiority England suffers from will make history on its downfall. Whereas other empires fell in battle, the UK will have voted to be harmed.
  5. That’s “May and the ERG” mate. That gaggle of morons you mention are the ones that had her at the mercy of madness because that’s where the large proportion of Brexit Voters and extremist supporters stem from. May did the best she could with the red lines that had to be adhered to from the ERG.
  6. With a deal the EU’s hit is negligible (I read a detailed report from a US economist some months back) but with No Deal the hit would be considerably higher but our hit in the UK pays no resemblance to this as we WILL SUFFER massively. Plus the EU are totally prepared for No Deal which has reduced many problems they’ll suffer financially with a No Deal.
  7. Frenkie de Jong will be presented at the Camp Nou on Friday 5th July at 19:00 cet.
  8. I know we've been through this already (this very week I think) where I told you that May's Deal is THE ONLY deal available considering her red lines (something you responded to me with "why not take away the red lines" and I told you that one of them was abolishing FOM and that one is non-negotiable due to the fact it's what most Brexit voters that comtinue to maintain the status quo voted for)... There is no other deal, the EU said there would be no more negotiations and they proved it by letting bypass two seperate departure dates without flinching. Now let me add one more fact... There will be NO MORE NEGOTIATIONS for any other deal with the EU no matter who wins the Tory leadership for two seperate factors. 1, they said there would be no more negotiations and they've proved that and 2, we've just had the EU Elections which means the EU are due to select their new setup in September while the date set for our departure in now on the 31st of October which comes before September... Who are Boris or Jeremy going to negotiate with? More fabrications, more rhetoric from the Tories due to their leadership challenge which holds this sort of rhetoric so as to appeal to the 170k or so Tory Members that will be selecting their new leader. They're selling thmeselves and they're selling more Unicorns like the ones they've been selling for over three years now. I just can't believe anyone still thinks or believes there could ever have been any other outcome to negotiations for a departure from the EU. Negotiations will ALWAYS offer only one outcome with any agreement if we are to gain access to the Single Market or the Customs Union without actually being members of either and that outcome is to offer control to the EU without (emphasis on WITHOUT) the benefits of being a member state and having a say in the confectioning and implementation of regulations. We would be an orphan nation that belongs to the continent where the biggest and most powerful trading block on the planet resides. There is no happy outcome, there are no "Sunny Uplands" to experience because all of that was a fallacy, a lie, pure fabrication. The EU only just today finally signed a trade agreement with Latin America, the second most powerful trading block on the planet. That trade agreement took 20 YEARS to negotiate... Let me repeat that for those that think trade agreements with the EU are simple due to quality controls and regulations that PROTECT its 500 million citizens... IT TOOK 20 YEARS TO NEGOTIATE! and it's finally been agreed. Has anyone heard of MERCOSUR? Yeah, another one in the bag! This makes a laughing stock of that WTO crap they also continue to sell to the fools that don't get hand on book and try to learn something ignoring the bullshit they sell us. The EU has trade agreements with practically the whole planet and we want to go out on our own into the wilderness that is WTO with absolutely no trade agreements to our name (consequently we'd be the ONLY country on earth to be in that position and we would be competing against our neighbours, not that they'd see us as competition as we found out when we tested the waters with a trade agreement with Japan only a few months ago and they sent us packing with our tail between our legs when we requested similar conditions to those they have with the EU... They laughed and called us crazy if we thought they'd piss the EU off by offering a better deal to a country on its own with not even 2% of what the EU have to offer them. Come on Gonzo mate! Don't question these things, don't think there's any secret or miraculous solution to any form of Brexit. It's impossible. Every departure possibility from the EU leaves us poorer with a No Deal being the worst of them all, a situation that would leave the UK crippled.
  9. I actually read about this this on my Christmas vacation flight to Naples in 2017 but watch this video (only 50 seconds long, but has the vital info in it although there's much more, believe me) on the famed "fisheries" for some more... Eeemmmm... FACTS! Again our successive Governments to blame from both sides of the ideological spectrum. Only this one doesn't blame the disparity between London and the rest of England which was made much worse by AUSTERITY after years of neglect, again from our GOVERNMENTS, not ever the EU.
  10. I offer facts, statistics and truths backed by that word that scares Brexiters... Again, FACTS, I've asked FIB to offer me tangible evidence of how leaving the EU benefits the UK based on facts. He has refrained from doing so and now states that he hasn't got the time to do it but yet has the time to respond like a child with while not contributing anything whatsoever to the actual debate. You have time to respond and someone that has an opinion that has the ability of democratic execution (i.e. a Vote) should have facts behind it especially when in this case we're talking about the biggest decision this particular nation has made in peacetime. A decision that changes the very structure of this nation and how it functions and colaborates with the rest of the world especially the very continent it resides in (something that can't be changed). He has time to write all that but not offer where the UK will be better off because believe you me, before the referendum it was all about how we would be better off! I know, I was one of them. Anyway... I will continue to post facts on here just in case there are people with the right to vote or to help to push the boat in the correct direction for the good of the UK. Talks about agriculture which along with manufacturing in the UK will be decimated with a No Deal Brexit, this from the economist the ERG themselves used in their analysis, Patrick Minford who said this very thing and there is no argument to that fact. Immigration as has been proved, isn't a problem, it's a benefit for the country, at least EU immigration and again, as has been proved, the law protects the country from EU layabouts staying after three months. There is no argument, that is poor, that's all there is aside from the fisheries that employs less people than Harrods in Knightsbridge and for which the remaining fisherman will be destroyed by a no deal Brexit because selling fish that is tariff based won't be bought by those that have to oay the tarrifs as there is no trade agreement with the countries its being sold to. It's like speaking to a child but I have no problems with him, he doesn't concern me aside from using him as a tool to bring down his flimsy house of cards and using it as an excuse to bring about more facts that may have a way of swaying some on here that are intelligent and don't hold prejudices and aren't the subject of having been groomed by those that do have a reason for Brexit to be executed as they'll benefit massively from it.
  11. It's just been bullshit and deception from everything leave mate... Now the only ones remaining are those who "believe", those in the establishment who stand to benefit financial, those who are racist and/or xenophobic or those who are extremely thick. Why? Well during and even after the campaign it we were gonna grt these or it'll end up like that... "Sunny uplands" We were going to "have our cake and eat it" "The German car industry need us" "The French wine producers need our pound" "The Spaniards and Italians would let Brits abroad keep their present freedom rights because they need our money" "The Irish border issue will be sorted, the Irish would never betray us" "We won't have to pay the £39b owed" as advertised by the man who admitted he didn't know the importance of the Dover to Calais crossing befor (Dominic Raab) Have to name some examples of a list dating back 30 years on lies coming from newspapers like the Daily Mail (most namely), The Telegraph, The Sun and the Daily Express... Things the EU were forcing on us like; "curved bananas", "milk jugs being banned", "Euro notes making you impotent", "cows being forced to wear nappies", "the Scottish kilt being banned" or even "Bombay mix packets being forced to be renamed". There's thousands more and they all made headlines in those papers. Liam Fox (International Secretary) sold us the idea of "Glorious Global Britain"... "Once again creating new waves of trading prosperity... The free trade deal we will have to do should be one of the easiest in human history." FUCKING IDIOT! Where's that one now! Nigel Farage and his "BREAKING POINT" poster. The self styled Mister Brexit put out a poster full of brown people queuing to get into the UK (brown people from the EU?) trying to draw on Islamic terrorist sentiment... A moment full of xenophobia that transcended its usual dog-whistle status into outright blatant racism and totally disconnected to anything pertaining to the EU. Michael Gove; "The day after we vote to leave, we hold the cards and we can choose the path we want." Three years later and the seemingly strong construction of Britsh foundations of self importance turn out to be a fragile house of cards collapsed time ago. "Health Tourism". Another of the dog-whistle (arent those that still believe these things embarrassed at being called dogs) scares sold to readers of the Daily Mail, The Sun, The Telegraph and the Daily Express during the run-up to the 2016 Referendum. This was on the extraordinary cost of so-called health tourists, people travelling to the UK soley to benefit from our generous health system. In the case of EU Citizens this has been proven to be total fabrication. The truth is that British citizens living in the EU receive FIVE TIMES the value of the treatment we give to EU citizens here in the UK. IMMIGRATION! The main objective and issue of the majority of Brexit voters... The idea that countries within the EU have no control of their borders, of immigration was and is a lie. We do, but WE CHOOSE not to exercise it. Under existing rules EU member states can send EU nationals home after three months if they haven't found a job or cannot support themselves. That's the law! Oh... Boris Johnson before the referendum sold us; "There will continue to be free trade and access to the Single Market" (The Telegraph, 26th June 2016). Hahahahaha Need I say more? Hahaha. David Davis... Yep, that knucklehead! Came close to contempt proceedings for the blasé way he bluffed and blagged his way through time as Brexit Secretary. Most notably he assured Parliament that his department was creating detailed impact assessments of Brexit's effect on the British economy. He later confessed to a select committee that this was untrue and in fact no impact assessments had been made. It all lent weight to Vote Leave organiser Dominic Cummings assessment of DD: "Thick as mince, lazy as a toad and vain as Narcissus." Yes, one of my favourites, Lord Digby Jones; "Not a single job would be lost because of Brexit." The ex-CBI boss and former lawyer told us before the Referendum. Two years later, he was standing by it, falling back on the semantic difference between "Brexit" and "uncertainty around Brexit" which we know is rubbish. Thousands of jobs have already repatriated to the continent and Government impact assessments (the real ones without David "Knucklehead" Davis) forecast a 9.3% hit to the economy under No Deal. The NHS... Oh yesss... That famous bus and the supposed £350m per week we could pump into it after leaving those blood suckers, the EU. That's already been proven to be bullshit and Boris Johnson almost had a libel case brought against him a few weeks back due to that lie. The "Take Back Control" mantra which was one of the greatest of them all and the get-out clause for the Government. This hypnotic bullshit that they fed Brexiters (some of the stupidest ones even now still come out with that cliché) - The cause of Brexit which was down to disenfranchised and anxious British people especially oustide London... People scared of their future bought "Take Back Control" which was never anything to do with the EU but by austerity set by George Osborne primarilly after years of neglect from Westminster, OUR UK GOVERNMENT! Another of the lies during the 2016 Referendum campaign, this time ince again from Michael Gove; "If we vote leave the Union will be stronger." Needless to say Scotland and Northern Ireland voted to remain and the Union is at its most critical in history. I could go on and on ridiculing the easily ridiculed! The thing is I HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK, a lot of homework because after voting leave I soon started to come to the realisation that I'd been conned and I wasn't the only one. I started to study practically everything surrounding the EU, rules, laws, regulations... Looking back at untangling issues that had been sold to us as the EU's fault and suddenly found myself having to blame Westminster. Then obviously facts that required no studying from myself because the truths were being placed in the media in general, but all the same I verified the, just in case they had been manipulated by more remain biased sources... I was diligent, honest and careful to assure myself of the facts, the truth because at the end of the day it wasn't about me... It was about my family, friends and acquaintances I cared for and their future. I had time on my hands and I used it constructively in an unselfish manner without any prejudices or labels. I unraveled the hoax partly by myself and then I became active by using those in powerful positions in the media and journalism to put it out there amongst those I could effect personally. It became a team effort of many people in the end! So... I laugh at innocent fools like FIB. He can rant and rave but he can't pull out any facts. More so, he can't give any tangible evidence based on FACTS alone that end up positively for thr UK with ANY type of Brexit. Which is why we won't leave... We are strong and we possess the truth.
  12. The answers to the issue is study why David Dein left us. I remember it perfectly.
  13. It's been hard work to send the guy the only message that will really matter to him. He doesn't respond, he has been totally fixated on ignoring Brexit and using it to bid for a General Election all the way through the process... It's been worth it! I sent him an e-mail seeing as he's the MP for my constituency months back and no response... Sent him a second one when he said he'd forgotten to add a "People's Vote" to the manifesto warning him that he would lose his seat and that we'd fight to make history in Islington an eternal ultra-safe Labour stronghold. The European Elections showed him the gap had been totally eaten up and that he was hanging by a thread. Now it's finally happened! He HAS to announce which side of the fence his party will officially sit on. No more speculation as to trying to appease both sides of the coin because here in Islington we are sure of what we want.
  14. Ajax also built a new stadium some years back which was a big feat considering the financial restraints living in the Eredivisie has by comparison to other leagues and the economic packages. Juventus built their new stadium and instead of setting them back for a period of time, they shot forward which is now a case for study for various of Italy's other top clubs and their rotting ancient not built for purpose stadia. The whole thing has been a shambles since years back when we moved out of the old Highbury... The comparison I have but obviously not to that extent is Valencia who were run so so badly that their continuing competitiveness put make-up on what was really going on in the background and which eventually and inevitably became evident in the end. Even now they're a shambles although not in the crippling debt they were once in. Anyone that can't see the serious issue we have on the most basic of issues to judge upon (because we don't have the facts on the boardroom shit over the years and just rumours) which is our make-shift squad of countless odd signings that just beggar belief must be either shutting their eyes in hope or they just can't push themselves to place whatever percentage of blame Wenger had during that long period which saw us slowly deteriorate. He's by far not the only one and also I would believe without a shadow of a doubt that there are easily many past and present leeches at boardroom level (especially shareholders) that have the biggest black mark on them so as to kneel, confess and issue the Mea Culpa.
  15. The thing is that Unai Emery will get the blame for this in the end and that's the nature of football to be fair and he knows it. He arrived at a totally distorted club from the squad all the way through the whole structure of the club as @Panna King says. The thing is that there are many Arsenal fans that still revere Arsène Wenger and pine for him... You only have to read that silly excuse for a journalist in the shape of John Cross who is a total embarrassment for the profession. Anyway... Time will tell and that's all there is left for it.
  16. This from the co-chair of the VOTE LEAVE campaign in 2016. Bloody traitor!
  17. Yes mate, that's been evident for quite a number of years although the results of such bad administration of the playing side of things has only made itself totally clear now. Many people (fans) think it's all just a case of one or two key signings that turns the fortunes right around but that's not the case in the deepest understanding of the problems. One or two bery intlligent signings could actually see us look more competitive (this all hypothetical) and even see us win a trophy like we did the the FA Cup in the final moments with Wenger, but the reality of it all would be just be like putting a lick of paint over rising damp. Like I said, right now it just all looks to be confusing and as if the club are just finctioning from day to day with no direction. Now, whether this is true or not, whether people like me are making a bigger deal out of what isn't in reality so bad, then that's something that only those really deep inside of the club mechanics know because there is absolutely no evidence or information coming out from the club that they seem to know where they're rowing towards.
  18. I don't understand a single thing on what's ocurring at our club on any level. It's all so confusing and doesn't make sense... What the hell is going on!
  19. I can't believe that's been permitted to be issued to be honest. Whoever is the editor or whatever the higest position is at Sports Bible is not only allowing the bastardisation some truths, but then completely inventing others. The building at La Masia is currently being made bigger with another annexe and the office that has appeared in the room they've mentioned, has been knocked down at the other which is why it's been provisionally moved. As for Sergi Roberto being the last La Masia player to have been promoted to the squad is even more bullshit. Starting to wonder if Nigel Farage and co have been involved in the confectioning ot this piece... Off the top of my head rit now I can name two La Masia products that have been involved in first team squads and made various appearances like Carles Aleñá or Riqui Puig. Not going to squeeze my braon even more at this hour of the morning because it's not worth it. Just simply to say that there are things wrong at La Masia because the philosophy in recent times from the present board and their president has been to sign players instead of trusting more youth but under no circumstances is all of that true which has manipulated facts and then created others that don't exist.
