  1. Yeah, your typical fight it seems. I really hope either one of two things occurs... Nuke them! Attack them and then nuke them.

Never heard of them mate. Don't try to get me into other brands!
  3. So according to forensics in Turkey, the Saudi scums of the earth chopped the American journalist Jamal Khashoggi into pieces while he was alive. Apparently the the Gulf turds used a specialist doctor to do the act so as to make sure that he (Khashoggi) would stay alive the maximum amount of time while they did this. Oh... And major beatings as well because there were a number of Suadi diplomats (don't you just love the word diplomat) joining in the main office of the Ambassador for Saudi Arabia. Honestly... How this scum country can stay out of not being attacked by everyone is obviously down to oil and money... Plus arms deals (the UK being one of those)... Yet Iraq was attacked!

It actually goes beyond being tricked! Even the stupidest individual knows the harm smoking can cause these days before they even begin the morbid adventure into cancer and finally death. But yet they do so anyway and yes, peer pressure has a lot to do with it but today you can’t even blame the movie industry like it used to be back in the day. It actually goes to show how weak minded humans are and how easily led they are without too much effort put into those that are trying to manipulate the individual. We are all susceptible to all of this and more because it benefits the system even though they make it seem it is the total opposite.

Indeed! But I find it hilarious that some need this. Trust me mate (and you have daughters) there are people that NEED such ridiculous methods which actually means that even though I find it absolutely ridiculous and hate control of any type... The politicising of something like this may be necessary.

I’m sorry to read that mate! When in 2019 is it meant to be happening?

I think the question and answer lies in something I'm sure @nudge may agree on with what's culturally accepted. Because I or anyone could now go down the route of accusing someone that uses alcohol freely (in an obsessive manner which doesn't mean you have to use all that much of it) of being an idiot as I have also thrown at smokers and those that have no idea how to fuel their body with food. Cultural habits and being brought up in them must exempt someone from much of the culpability of getting caught up in the stupidity of it all until they have enough info ascertained to understand these things (too late in some cases as they're already drawn in or addicted). So who's to blame here?

Shall we start a different one mate? Let's give it a go... Alcohol is the ultimate hypocrisy of almost every government and their will to control. Alcohol is more addictive than almost every drug (you know what I mean with drugs) and also destroys one's person, their families and everyone around them. The side effects of overusing alcohol are those of overusing drugs and yet one is legal and the otherone isn't in most countries.

Not at all mate, we all know what smoking signifies and thankfully how modern more educated societies see smoking. But I am attacking (and as hard as I can) those that eat crap food because of laziness (fundamentally)... The reason being is because they are probably those people that will attack a smoker for his disgusting habit. I think all this belongs in Cicero's hypocrisy thread to be honest.

I think that's a given isn't it? The question didn't even need to be asked and the answer isn't exactly that, but simply a pre ordained label for all those that do it. Are you trying to reduce your idiocy because you eat shit?

Indeed Nudge, they do add addictive substances into junk food but as I said, the values of the addictiveness in junk food isn't anywhere near the same as with smoking. Food consumption is more detrimental and a more important factor because not everyone smokes, but everyone does need to eat and many societies as time goes by use junk food more and more and less people cook at home with fresh produce. And no, heating pre-cocked food at home from your supermarket packs doesn't constitute as cooking (for those that use this method).

It's not just disrespectful, it destroys you in every way. But it's an addictive substance, one of the most addictive which means it's difficult to control for many. It's a disgusting habit! Repulsive! Eating McDonald's and the like on the other hand also damages your body in a very slow manner but hasn't got the addictive values of smoking which means that those that do it are either thick, lazy or just don't care. Aside from all that stuff... Talking about the side affects that eating shit has for you, one of those is obesity. Obesity is the second biggest cause of Cancer.
  14. The thing is that you can't choose your own path with WTO rules either. It works in the same way as with the EU trade rules. Right now our application to the WTO has been vetoed by Moldova, Israel and the USA... Curiously with the USA we're apparently close to some sort of deal but all the same, every WTO country has to be in agreement just as in the EU. The fundamental difference between trade laws in the EU and the WTO is quality and safety control for what is permitted to arrive in any EU state. You don't choose your own path in any walk of life! Even when you enter a shop to buy stuff, you buy by the rules and laws of the nation and then the shop you are in. You don't negotiate with the shop on what it has or how it will sell it to you.

That’s why I know mate! I’m stopping again next week... Hopefully it lasts longer than two years this time.
  16. What makes me laugh is all this talk of us (the UK) being a powerful nation and that the EU need us as much as we need them... Are you having a laugh! (I’m genuinely laughing right now) Of course we’re an important and powerful nation by comparison to many others and obviously we offer things. But AS MUCH as we need them? What a pompous mannerism to display and also one of arrogance. Without going into semantics... the EU are a hell of a lot more porwerful than us on our own and WE do actually need them otherwise we wouldn’t be negotiating anything. There’s another thing... We abide by EU regulations on imports because it’s in our best interest and will more than probably continue to do so because it means quality and safety... Not all WTO nations abide by these rules and what are we to expect in our desperation? Lowering our standards? So much for control of our own destiny and our greatness. There’s another small detail... Many if not most WTO nations already have trade agreements with the EU and there’s that small thing about all WTO nations having to agree to any individual agreement made by us and another WTO nation. I see a conflict of interests maybe? Who knows on that one but it ain’t so clear cut... It ain’t as clear cut as being in the EU and everything esle you wrote. All this so as we don’t get a bunch of Italians, Spaniards, French etc... entering our space with just an id card.

If more effort by scientists (by humanity really) had been put into solving other issues revolving the human body other than creating edible substances that our brain is trained to crave, then we would all be in a much better condition. All the same as with smoking and abusing alcohol etc... The truth is out there if people really care and they only have themselves to blame for the results.
  18. It's for people that continue to believe in Unicorns. The only beneficial thing of leaving the EU was the control of our borders but that's come (or will come) at a price that will destroy everything this country is built up on for the last 30 years, which is alot! Its boring to have these types of debates anymore because the truth is actually out there to see now and there's no need to listen to any of the polarised opinions on leaving or staying... The facts are out there now and we were lied to... Maybe not lied to in some cases because nobody (not even them, the politicians) had a bloody clue!

It's extremely rare, but on the occasion where I'm absolutely rushed and going from one place to the next without time for lunch and want a bite to eat, but want it instantly... Then Pret A Manger is where I end up going in and out of. McDonald's like KFC is really proof that people disrespect their body in every way.

Hahahaha. Why is every reference to McDonald's? I wouldn't go to McDonald's for anything other than in an emergency to go to the toilet as Bluewolf said.

I may tend to go with what you ended with there... Tight! There's a lot of tight people these days and it's no longer embarrassing to be tight. As for Costa and Starbucks... It's coffee made in a commercial manner and has very little relative mess to a coffee that done properly in a proper coffee place.
