Been running twice a week since the start of the year. Started at 3kms I can now run 8kms no stop or water without too much trouble so long as I pace myself. I go to my local Parkrun most Saturdays with a couple of friends. It's a 5km timed run, heaps of fun adding the competitive edge to it. The courses are very hill oriented as well, real challenge some weeks when it's humid. My best time so far is 26 minutes on the dot, I expect to crack sub 25 before June or so.

The NRL was unwatchable 7 or 8 years ago, but in the last 4 or 5 years it has got a bit better. This 'shoulder charge' safety shite is a bit fucking weak though. I am all for harsh suspensions for making shoulder to head contact, but to ban it all together is soft. Every player has access to head gear. If they choose not to use it because it fucks their hair up or hides a bit of their faggot neck tat thats their problem as far as I'm concerned.

The game is great. If you like adventuring and a bit if tactical hack and slash you will enjoy it. But I found the beginning to be a bit of a expositional clusterfuck, and I have played the first 2 extensively. The other 2 warm into things nicely. This one dumps it all on you in an hour and they says 'have fun newb cunt' The game doesn't hold your hand much either. You sort of grow organically and if you overreach your boundaries accidentally the game won't help you. Case in point adventuring the hinterlands too far too soon and getting rekt by a dragon or spending 8 power to unlock a area you won't last 10 seconds in.

Just finished Alien Isolation on hard. Cunt fucking thing is tethered to you on high difficulty Started Dragon age inquisition. Loving it so far.

Shanghai Noodles with XO sauce. There is a restaurant in Wollongong that will do you a large plate full for $11. My favorite lunch. Would kill a man for it. I read and loved the books. Loved the first 2 seasons of the show as well, but ever since it gets worse and worse and lets itself down by dumbing things down and providing ceaseless fan service. I will watch it to the end however, I want to see how they chose to progress and end.
