Mercedes is way faster than Ferrari. Vettel is way faster than Raikkonen. Hamilton is way faster than Bottas. It seems like Ferrari was sand bagging, but keep in mind that engineers can change the engine mapping with a mere push on a button from the pit. We don't know who was sand bagging.
