Was triple h that good?  He was  being pushed as a main eventer before he got with Stephanie McMahon but not sure he would have had anywhere near the career he had if it wasnt for that?

His heel run in 2000 was excellent, i hated him so much as a kid.

  2. The fans turning on Cody so much coincided with the information that there was backstage tension between him and the elite so the fans backed the elite.

Wrong decision they are poisonous to the product. What they did to FTR was a clear act of sabotage.

  3. I enjoyed it, It is the first WWE show I’ve seen in a while so maybe thats why. Highlights for me were Ronda’s return but her performance in the match was quite tame. Heyman leaving with Reigns again, Brock didn’t really need to win the rumble to get a shot at Reigns.

Sorry about spoilers i don’t  know how to hide posts.

I don't think the "TV War" exists any more to be honest.

Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer promote it to remain relevant but nobody cares about the Neilsen estimate. Its just an estimate based on a small amount of households watching TV across America last.

There's streaming, external websites, twitter clips, podcast reviews, YouTube reviews etc. So many other ways to judge the size of your audience.

I hope Dynamite beat Raw int he live raisins for the story, but in the long term Vince McMahon can sack 30% of his work force during covid whilst putting out a shit product and still turn a huge profit without the peacock debacle. The state of history changing in his  upcoming documentary is astounding but people will still watch it and nobody cares enough in the long run.

It is exciting though. Take it for what it is. If Tony runs it like WCW who cares. WCW 1997 was awesome.

You never know what number Raw or Smackdown is gonna do these days though, its up and down. WWE’s viewers are completely fed up with the product and are much more likely to switch allegiance than they were like 10 years ago. I don’t think the loyalty is there anymore and they’ve already driven away so many viewers in the last couple of years. The idea of AEW taking away like a half a million viewers from WWE doesn’t seem to be that much of an ask anymore. Maybe im underestimating WWE though.

  5. To be honest they wont do this but a Punk vs Bryan feud right off the bat would be amazing for me. They will probably want to keep them away from each other for a while though. Obviously depending  on if the rumours are true that they have signed both, if it is true that is massive for AEW and the TV war will officially begin.

  6. Leon Edwards still can’t get a fight and the fans blame him for some reason, he gets a lot of hate from the MMA fans which is unjustified. They are trying to make Edwards vs Colby lets see if Colby has the bollocks to step up but im doubtful it will happen.

He is obviously the most avoided fighter on the roster. Even Khamzat didnt want to fight him.

  7. Callum always struggles with smaller opponents, Im a big fan of his but there’s no way he won that Ryder fight. Struggled badly in that fight then gets thrown straight in with Canelo. But there’s no denying Canelo will go down as an all time great and we are lucky to witness this guy in his prime.

  8. Eddie is a prick and I don’t understand why people support a certain promoter over another. The matchroom fanboys are probably right behind Wilder fans as the biggest set of wankers in boxing.

  9. Moxley doing hardcore matches every show is getting really boring for me and it makes him look very 1 dimensional. He is actually a decent worker and doesn’t need all the extra props for his matches.
