Reports are that ROH will release all talent from their contracts at the end of the year. Without them, there wouldn't have been the All In PPV meaning that AEW probably wouldn't have existed. At the time it made sense to play a big part in a special "one off" PPV but in hindsight, things have gone downhill for them ever since.

Amazon Prime doesn't have enough of content. Especially when it comes to original content. Amazon Music isn't that great compared to Spotify either. All of which is good. I'd rather have companies that specialise in one area being the superior option rather than one company dominating everything.

The Father - It's saying a lot but this might be Anthony Hopkins' best performance. 8.5/10

Do you think these guys care about making profit? I think it's because the Premier League is the biggest league in the world which means they get to show off the most here. Newcastle United were just the club that were desperate to sell. If Liverpool were desperate to sell, they'd have no problem dropping a billion for them.

I don't think it makes as much of a negative difference, politically, as people want to say it does. So I can't say I care about any of that. It's just a shame that we have another one of these oil clubs in the league. I don't blame the Newcastle fans for being happy about it. If Chelsea & Man City fans can enjoy being a billionaires play thing, then why not them?

Cody as a deluded executive with his head up his ass v. An anti-authority CM Punk with a chip on his shoulder. This "it's just nice to be here" version of Punk is underwhelming and Cody is shit as a babyface. Only reason he was getting cheered at the start was because starting AEW was mainly his idea. He also dreams he was HHH so he gets what he wants as well. Everyone gets to be in their natural roles.

Tenet - 7/10. Decent action movie.

Wrestling fans shouldn't care about ratings. Don't think wrestlers should either. Don't hear any talk about ratings with any other type of show. I think it's actually kind of embarrassing. Also, it's all down to a flimsy algorithm. A small percentage of US homes are "Nielsen households" and their viewing habits are used to figure out the viewing habits of the whole country. And Raw's viewership was actually higher. AEW just did more in the specific 18-49 age range which advertisers supposedly value the most. Not being reportedly like that though... Jericho comes across as the biggest idiot when it comes to this sort of thing. Cares too much about it.

It's mainly YouTube highlights and big PPVs now. Especially as they're gutting NXT now. Instead of it being a wrestling programme that covers a different type of wrestling, it's going to become a place where wrestlers that Vince might like will be created.

Tomiyasu coming in from Bologna. Don't know much about him but seems to have decent pace, decent dribbling, and some killer cheekbones. Bellerin off to Betis on loan. Another one where I don't know why Arteta prefers someone like Cedric over him but hope Bellerin can find some form over in Spain.
