Like I said before, the protestors are crossing the line at times and as I also mentioned before, India has a general problem with angry mobs which they've never dealt with. I said citizens reacting positively (like you) or negatively to Modi's government doesn't change that it's a fascist government. The two politicians, who were supposedly, from the left that were most against Corbyn not making things about being more anti-Brexit were Chuka Umunna and Jo Swinson. They both failed to win a seat. I don't think it would've done much to help him gain new supporters and obviously he couldn't go pro-Brexit as that'd help him lose supporters he already had. Trying to stay diplomatic in the middle was the safest tactic. A progressive Corbyn government that would tackle corporate greed and actually reinforce the fact that governments exist to help society is exactly what we needed but when nothing outside of Brexit seems to matter, it was like fighting for a lost cause. Then on top of that you had the crazy smear campaigns. Basically, people are fucking stupid and can't see the forest for the trees.

When an oppressed and demonised group, that are discriminated against, have had enough it usually doesn't result in a quiet backlash. India's angry mob culture (from both sides) doesn't help, a police force that doesn't need an excuse to batter someone doesn't help and the Indian government's current handling of Kashmir also adds to the injustice felt by protesters. Basically, Modi and his government and his brain dead, violent, fascist supporters are a bunch of cunts and the protesters, while having legitimate gripes, are reacting in an angry and sometimes over the line manner. Problems won't start to be solved until India has a less fascist government. Less "our flag" politics = better.

Corbyn's more grown up approach probably didn't make him relatable to people staunchly on either side of Brexit but I'm definitely not going to say he was a bad choice for leader. Did well previously and was still the most popular choice when compared to alternatives. Reality is, it didn't matter. Majority of the people that voted for Brexit, outside of certain cities, still wanted Brexit and the most realistic way they were going to get that in the way they want it was the bastard Tories. The nonsensical smear campaigns and biased coverage obviously didn't help either. The other fucker could say stupid shit and then just hide in a fridge. The fact the future for Labour has to be them being more in favour of the establishment says it all really. Positive change is too much of a threat to the powerful and people are too easily manipulated by the low end press and the mainstream news.

The cities that are most relied upon by the rest of the UK will most likely be red. I don't really know how to process that information.
