I've been lucky in a way. Only had keyhole surgery one my ankle which isn't anything major. 50 minute procedure and you leave after recovery. Am now 42 but have stepped up my training hardcore over the last 5 years. Eat healthy for 90& of the years and eat more plant based food now and try limiting meat to twice per week. I don't want to be a typical Asian who usually has every illness in the book.

In life, what's the worst illness/injury would you say you've had?

I have a question for the Spanish speaking members who've watched Narcos Colombia. Now it's regarding the lead actor who played Pablo Escobar. When I watched it, not being a Spanish speaker I only read the subtitles. But people from Colombia were complaining about the lead actor. They were saying that he was a Brazilian who learnt Spanish not long before carrying out the role. They claimed he never had the accent of somebody from Medellin in Colombia. Did any of you Spanish speakers notice anything about the way he spoke Spanish?

Curious to how much water you all drink when it's hot? In UK we had round 30 degrees weather. I usually drink around 1.5 liters per day when not training. During a training phase I up it to 3 liters. These last few weeks it's been 5 liters per day. I fill my water bottle up before sleeping. Last night it was so humid and muggy. I necked 1.5 liters in 40 minutes.

Anyone heard of a game called The Order: 1886? Have brought it but not yet played it. Am currently playing Unchartered, lost treasures. The Order : 1886, for a game which came out in 2015, the graphics are out of this world.

Anyone in the UK been hit by hayfeaver? I've not had it for years. But the last couple of days it's been horrible. It seems to start around 5.00pm and from between 8.00pm and 11.00pm it goes into overdrive.

Starting playing Uncharted Lost Legacy last night, having just finished Uncharted 4. I looked online to see how many chapters Lost Legacy is. Only 9 fucking chapters? That's going to finished pretty quickly.

Unchartered 4 is immense, am around 60% through. Really good graphics for a game released in 2015. Even better is that I thought this was the last one they made, there is another called uncharted-lost legacy which was released in 2017. Will be ordering that next.

Just finished Black Summer. Was surprised by how good it was. What I enjoyed was that even so it was a pro-zombie apocalypses, you there was hardly any interactions with zombies throughout the 2 seasons. The first season was tense as they worked towards their goal. Second season, first 4 episodes. I felt like too many new fractions were introduced. But the final 4 episodes are really tense. As for the zombies. Compared to the walking dead, they are quicker and much more intelligent. They are also harder to kill, I put this down to modern day dieting and nutrition - 8/10.

Well the twat of a game never arrived. Will be tomorrow which isn't a bad thing as there are no game son in the evening. Have heard about this Ghost of Tsushima, might look into it.
