Have you heard of the Lowry shopping mall? The mall itself is crap with about 2 shops and a cinema, plus a standard small food court. But outside where the entrance to the mall is. There are quite a few restaurants there. Also inside the actual mall, there is suppose to be a new eating section with quite a few restaurants.

Just that all the videos I've seen on Naughty Dog. They all say that ND don't have the capacity to work on more than one game at a time. Maybe by small they meant the number of staff.
