Here's some food for thought. The revival are one of the greatest tag teams in the world. Probably top 5. They are also our Raw tag team champions.

They have never wrestled a regular tag match on the main card of any PPV. Only a match earlier this year as 1 of 4 teams in the match I believe. The best Caucasian tag team in the world at their disposal and the WWE haven't exploited that at all. Imagine how much better the stomping ground card would look if there was a 15 minute match between the revival and the Usos on the card. With build up for the past 3-4 weeks. The fact that WWE ignore opportunities like this is criminal.

I completely agree. Before I agreed with the justification that theres only so much time on each show but they waste so much time on recaps of previous shows, previews to future shows and promoting Shane McMahon they must lose about a third of the show. The Raw after DoN was an absolute disgrace.

The Revival have shown themselves to have great chemistry together, to be funny, and to work a good match against anybody. Theyre like a combination of a good Southern American throwback in the 80's yet keeping up with the modern advances in wrestling at the same time.

ROH (and I expect AEW will) clocked on with NJPW that tag team and six man tag team matches are a great way in keeping a whole host of talent happy because they're performing. There is money in it as the right combinations can play off each other very well (Bullet Club, New Day, Young Bucks, LAX etc). Yet because its not "instant money" WWE continually discard it. Kofi Kingston is there popular Champion yet they still discard it. Its baffling when the roster is so bloated.

It's partly the fan base (especially when they say they want things to make sense while saying they want the Attitude Era which rarely ever made sense) but all of their ideas have been shit and they've just made things worse. The wild card needs to die, as does this new thing with adverts that they're trying. Keep the shows separate. Stop making Seth look like a nothing idiot and Kofi has had his time, don't want the WWE champion to be a clown anymore. Stop the Shane stuff, stop the Alexa Bliss stuff.

These are obvious things to do in my opinion.

Make a Buddy Murphy with Alexa Bliss porno. With optional booker T commentary and a Corey Graves + Carmella special edition

Sell it for $10 ppv. We never need another saudi show ever.

Be more progressive you prick. Where's the Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose action?

I remember watching that when I was young. xD Terrible gimmick for Malenko but I wasn't thinking about that at the time.

As for women's wrestling now, great to have Sasha back and as a heel as well. Much needed. This Becky push has slowly been going downhill since January and went quickly downhill since the lame boyfriend/girlfriend storyline.

Yeah man The Radicalz.

They never did really make their mark, but had so much potential when they first arrived.

To be fair, Eddie Guerrero is probably one of the biggest influences on current wrestlers and gets a lot of respect. If Benoit didn't go crazy then he'd be getting the same as well.

Oh yeah, I know that mate. But as a "stable", the Radicalz never took off when they could have been like a DX or a Nation of Domination.

I remember WWE/F giving Perry Saturn some gimmick with a mop and it was embarrassing for him.

It was super stupid but it's unfortunately the main reason he's remembered now. Actually saw a video recapping it all a few days ago.

Perry Saturn was given that gimmick as a punishment for legitimately attacking Mike Bell during a match.

The irony is that Perry Saturn went from being on superstars to appearing on Raw and Smackdowm every week because of the good reaction he got with moppy. So in a way it worked out well.

Went to the NXT Takeover event tonight in Cardiff. First time I've watched any NXT and anything WWE related for some time but remember a lot of people saying NXT was very good.

I left very impressed as there were some good matches tonight, most notably the triple threat tag team for the UK Tag Team titles.

Okay boys. Me and my mates have done the rounds with this one. Dream book your 3 hour PPV. Any ACTIVE wrestlers from any company(No cm punk).  You can have any match stipulations you wish. It's your oyster. Winners in bold. The hypothetical crowd have unlimited energy, but breaking up the card is always nice. 3 hours of wrestling max.

Aj Styles vs Fin Balor vs Adam cole. 20 min. Sneaky victory from a sneaky boy in a match featuring the former leaders of Bullet Club

Miz vs Taichi 15 min. The 2 best character heels of the decade. Both flamboyant, both with female managers. Match with lots of shenanigans.

Usos vs GOD 15 min. Samoa vs Tonga, all attitude.

Pac vs Osprey. 20 min. The 2 premiere British high flyers going head to head.

Young bucks vs The Revival. 25 min This is on a lot of peoples dream match list and with good reason.

Daniel Bryan vs Tanahashi. 20 min. The 2 old boy technical masters in a match with infinite dragon screw leg whips.

Tetsuya Naito vs Pentagon Jnr vs Johnny Gargano. 25 min The best Japanese wrestler (imo) vs the best Mexian vs the 2nd best American. This would be insane as fuck

Kenny Omega vs Seth Rollins . 40 min. The big dog of WWE main roster vs the best bout machine.

This card would sell 100 000 tickets no probs. Curious to see what you guys come up with @The Palace Fan @6666 @JOSHBRFC

Meltzer on the AEW vs NXT war. "Yeah, the undisputed era are really exciting, but there's a half a dozen acts that good or better in AEW."

Fuck off cunt.

Kenny Omega did an interview saying there are no real stars on NXT. Not sure if that was a shoot or not (especially as he's supposed to be a babyface) but it makes him sound deluded in my opinion with how limited AEW's roster is.

Highlights of AEWs full time roster. The 'real stars'

Jericho.
The ex Bullet Club guys (Kenny, Cody, YBs, Hangman)
Pac
John Morrison if he signs.

Guys like SCU, Jungle boy and Luchasaurus, MJF are all great and I love to watch them, but they aren't at that very top level, or they have been but have fallen away from age.

NXT top draws.

The Undisputed Era
The Velveteen dream
Gargano
Ciampa
Dunne
Walter
Kushida

They also have the cruiser weights now, near limitless potential to bring unused WWE guys back to nxt for feuds, or even full time. Imagine Buddy Murphy, EC3, the Revival, Cesaro and the like coming back. Or a huge star stepping down to Florida for a short feud and a working holiday. The battle of resources and wrestlers is one AEW can't win. The battle of coverage and access to fans across the world is one AEW can't win. I hope they succeed to a point, as they've already made WWE become better by their mere existence. But they can't truly go head to head with NXT week by week
