Ultimately you play to the whistle. And that's always taught from like a seriously young age. I'm pretty sure all players are aware of the rules that a referee may raise their flag but ultimately play may still go on and be brought back/checked after the phase of play finishes? Inverted 1,776 Posted December 5, 2019 Share Posted December 5, 2019 The mental thing about this game is that it doesn't even remotely have the feel of a relegation-battling side coming away to a big club. Even when Arsenal improved with Pepe, balance-wise it still felt at most like a competitive mid-table match. Brighton have pretty comfortably had the edge you'd say overall. Laca and Auba are killing the attack also no one knows where to play them. Cleary a new manager needs to come ASAP and ship out 95% of this squad.
