André Hoffmann suspended, and Kaan Ayhan injured, which means if Ayhan doesn't recover in time, we'd be without any of our first choice central defenders. :/

Reckon a 4-0 loss at home then? 5-0? More?

4-0 without Brandt(best player) and Reus... EASY!

The oppponent isn't allowed to take out our best player without receiving a card for once and we win 4-0. SHOCKER!

Where are you from anyway?

The only highlight from today's match is Selke's opinion on RB Leipzig.

Moderator: Was hat Leipzig für einen Stellenwert in ihrer Karriere?
Selke: Ich hab hier viele Erfahrungen gemacht, aber sonst keinen.

:4_joy:

Meanwhile back to reality; it's 3-0 for RB just 36 seconds into the second half.

Our first half today was courageous. We should have been in the lead 2 or even 3-1 by then. Second half just showed that Gladbach is on a different level compared to us. Still, the end-result didn't reflect our performance tbh. We were better than that.

Brandt, the best player? Hmm..maybe, but Haaland and Sancho would have something to say about that, I am sure. ;)

Sancho has been our best player this season, but currently Brandt is better. He's been better for the last 6 or 7 matches. Haaland is unbelievable, but the few games he has played don't represent a sufficient sample size.

Stats can be deceiving. Look at this goal for example:

This is 90% Brandt, but the stat will just say "Goal Haaland, Assist Brandt".

Karnival?  I thought that was off the pitch not the rubbish we are seeing on it!  with Schopf, McKennie and Ozipka at their brilliant worst the forwards can go home as they are getting total nothing in the way of assistance from mid-field - Harit is trying to set up- things only for those three to lose it everytime they touch the ball! Strange but whatever happens we will somehow still be 6th in 45 minutes time and DW will probably think they've done well!  C'mon nudge I'm sure this is cheering you up after yesterday:dam:
