Porto 0-2 Leverkusen It was excellent build up play that led to the goal. Havertz eventually picked out Demirbay and he finished well to score Leverkusen's 2nd goal of the game. Havertz with an easy finish after Diaby ran towards goal and had his shot saved, Diaby controlled the rebound and slipped the unmarked Havertz to score into the empty net. It should be noted that Havertz initially put Diaby through on goal for that move. Who needs Kevin Volland?? Excellent performance tonight by Leverkusen. I mean it's not surprising for a club on their budget that this is the case. They are really punching above their weight this season with their impressive performances. He holds the ball up well, he's very good in the air and he's an accomplished scorer. But he does lack pace and that showed once again in the 1st half when he was put through on goal, but the Porto defenders quickly caught up with him. Alario is very much a regular at Leverkusen, along with the other forwards Volland and Diaby.
