Stan 10,272 Posted February 29, 2020 Hull have nothing going forward. Haven't really threatened Leeds' goal. Leeds haven't really done much either since the fortunate goal. Hit the bar from Hernandez (?) but that's it. Didn't even know Bamford was playing til he got in a tiny scuffle with the Hull player at the touchline. The Artful Dodger 1,708 Posted February 29, 2020 Deserve to go down for the defending of that goal alone. How the fuck can you be paid 4/5 k a week and do that. Pitiful
Michael 505 Posted February 29, 2020 Leeds United are really boosting their automatic promotion chances with this away win in Hull. If they win this match, there will be an 8 points gap between them and 3rd place Fulham. Fulham of course have a game in hand, however, they have a very tough match at home to Preston. Pyfish 1,266 Posted February 29, 2020 Ian Holloway has dropped our two best players to the bench. Our goalkeeper and a striker. He is deadly serious about everyone earning their places in the team. Not sure dropping McKeown in goal will do any good but we shall see. Last time we dropped McKeown was when we had Dean Henderson on loan 😅
Stan 10,272 Posted February 29, 2020 Utter dominance from Leeds in that 2nd half. Really stepped up through the gears and gave Hull a lesson in how to play fast, attacking football. Leeds on the counter were lightning at times.
Pyfish 1,266 Posted February 29, 2020 Roberts made all the difference for Leeds when he came on for Bamford.
Stan 10,272 Posted February 29, 2020 5 minutes to get 1 goal for Brentford. At this rate it's 18-0. @Bluebird Hewitt

Bluebird Hewitt 700 Posted February 29, 2020 This was unexpected at half time. It was looking like the 5-0 I predicted after 20 minutes and we looked absolutely shocking. But fair play to showing some character and pegging it back to 2-2. Still expecting to lose though.

Lucas 2,226 Posted February 29, 2020 Great day. Yeah ok, Fulham won but will take Brentford dropping further back and West Brom getting dragged back into it. Hopefully Middlesbrough can do something Monday against Forest. Most teams in the division should be beating Hull now. They lost their key weapons and are on a massive downer. Probably are on their way to League One as it stands. We can only beat what's in front of us and actually stuffing someone has been well overdue. We should have done this more often if we had an actual predator up front but that's another story. 10 to go now. We need to hold our nerve and keep taking care of buisness. Plenty of twists and turns when we're involved I'm sure.
tlr 167 Posted February 29, 2020 Wasn't there today but good to see Sam Gallagher scoring, first at Ewood I believe and well needed after comments about him and his part at Rovers in the local press this week. Never been helped by the fact he gets played primarily as a winger, but always puts in a shift and then some. Made up for the kid. Onto Derby at Pride Park next Sunday - which I am off to! - Nob End's loss and Bristol City's draw today mean a proper stab at the play offs is still a real possibility. Bluebird Hewitt 700 Posted February 29, 2020 I'll have to see the Vaulks moment again as it was the other side of the pitch. Brentford were livid yet the ref, despite speaking to the 4th official, only gave him words. At the same time, the ref was an absolute joke today.

Pyfish 1,266 Posted March 1, 2020 Ridiculous decision to cancel out Sunderland equaliser. Assistant referee didn’t flag for offside, couldn’t see it was offside and it still gets ruled out. Definitely an influence by the Coventry players to the referee there.
Pyfish 1,266 Posted March 3, 2020 Looking forward to our match tonight v Plymouth. Ryan Lowe is working his magic with them and they are flying high and looking to cement a play off place, if not better, but a win for us would push us up to 10th due to our game in hand. I'm hoping Holloway sees some sense and puts McKeown back in goal for this one. Russell did okay between the sticks but we conceded 3 goals so it's time to let McKeown redeem himself and claim the place back. It's hit and miss for us against sides that are higher up than us but quietly optimistic here.
