Feels like we've done a dummy run of the season without fans anyway. Happy with the performances but still feels somewhat hollow, especially snatching a 90th minute winner with 10 men at Man City and no scenes of fans going wild behind the goal. So come August when attendances are back to full capacity, that's when it will really feel great to be back. I hope we never have to watch another game with automated crowd noise ever again. You would never have gotten away with half the absolute nonsense you see nowadays for the most basic of things even 18 months ago. It's very much tainted us as a society. Glad about this. 2020/21 Premier League easily the worst to ever take place, through no fault of their own, but it just simply isn't anywhere near as valuable behind closed doors as far as I'm concerned. Do you wear masks forever? Just in case? As a society, we’re going to have to live with this. Why does your want of masks trump another’s want to not wear one? It’s like half the population came down with a hidden disability in the last 6 months. There’s always a timescale for these things and I’d say there’s a massive amount of people out there that just no longer give a shit about masks or social distancing and you just can’t police that forever. Oh I definitely know that there's plenty who don't give a shit anymore.
