Homeless World Cup 0 Posted June 10, 2020 Share Posted June 10, 2020 We all love football, it can be played by anyone, basically anywhere – all you need is a ball! That is a reason why the Homeless World Cup uses the beautiful game – through a network of Street Football Partners across 70+ countries – to inspire people who are homeless and socially isolated to change their own lives, by developing teamwork and trust and competing in a world class, international football tournament. This year, due to Covid-19, we had to cancel our event for the first time. Instead, we will host a Homeless World Cup Day on July 5. Take a seat in our Virtual Stadium to see some classic games from past events, with professional punditry, fun competitions, and insightful debate.
