Both last night and the match against West Ham were frustrating imo. They gave him so much space yet Kante couldn't penetrate through the channels that would really hurt the opposition given they sat back all game. If this if our approach moving forward than we need to sign a proper DM. Also, worth noting it appears we were man marking set pieces last night. He's made us more compact in the middle, we haven't seen the two advanced midfielders be so eager to press forward and the midfield three are working closer as a unit. Kanté, despite how good he is, has always been limited on the ball. I like the idea of having two attacking midfielders ahead though and you're right we are going to need some better quality on the ball at times.
