Both grappling with each other but Egan does a bit too much than Watkins does the other way, therefore Watkins is impeded/obstructed more so. The penalty was correct and well spotted. I think it should have been overturned - but I think Egan and Watkins were pulling and grabbing about the same tbh, and the VAR could confirm they were shoulder-to-shoulder/side-to-side (which to me, should be the biggest issue with this decision).
