Country flags to mirror UK national sides

I'd like to see the country flags broken down some, so that those from the UK will actually show England, Scotland, etc. rather than just the Uniion flag.

Sadly it's a plugin and works on geolocation. The only flag I can narrow it down to is the Union Flag.
