Not going to build my hopes up on this one and will only say a loss would give me a chance to have PSG as my glory hunter team, I won't even think about us beating them last time around with a lucky Rashford penalty, 3-1. :coffee:

Penalty had to be repeated because Keylor Navas left the line too early. 2nd is in, with tippy toe dance.

PSG equalise. Commentator says ‘it’s heartbreak for Manchester United in Paris’...really, 1-1 with 40 minutes left? Even if they lose I doubt anyone is going to be that arsed about a group game they were expected to lose.

I've said it once, i've said it a thousand times. If Mbappe wasn't a quarter of a second faster than most other attackers he'd be playing for Valencia. Bang average speed merchant

PSG having a mare. I understand they're desperate for a winner but why would you play such an open game against a team with lots of speed and little creativity? Perhaps PSG are similar.

United outplayed a team that isn’t that great outside of Mbappe and Neymar...will wait to see how they play consistently as so far this season they’ve been naff

Fred back in the team instead of his lordship, making them tick again.

Imagine my surprise.

When Maguire comes back, watch the line of the defence compared to the PSG gane. Last night they stayed in a line, didn’t push too high and when they dropped they kept their shape.

Maguire tends to just randomly drop back when he feels like it, at times right back to towards the 6 yard box. This plays any runner onside and forces the rest of the back 4 to drop with him. This then makes it easier for opposition midfielders to run into sudden open spaces. Putting the defence and midfield under pressure.
