The Palace Fan 3,390
Pereira out with Covid. Everybody's predicting a rout. It would be classic Jose to still win this by the odd goal.
Administrator Stan 18,309 Posted November 8, 2020 Author Administrator Share Posted November 8, 2020 What is Son doing? Usually lethal there. Took ages. And why did all West Brom players back off him and go to the goal . Someone close him down!

Administrator Stan 18,309 Posted November 8, 2020 Author Administrator Share Posted November 8, 2020 Kane heads in right near the end! Spurs been poor all game but bit of quality shone there. Nice ball from Doherty right where Kane would have wanted it.

Definitely Mourinho-esque and also the sign of a good team. Genuinely think Spurs can challenge for the title this season under Mourinho.

Administrator Stan 18,309 Posted November 8, 2020 Author Administrator Share Posted November 8, 2020 Yep, played poor, still get 3 points. Also shows why West Brom will go down. No attacking quality, no midfield creativity, valiant last-ditch defending but lapse in concentration will allow chances/goals. Nothing about them tells me they'll string enough results together to get enough wins to survive.

Got a tough run of games coming up which might give us a better perspective on how good they are but they should be thinking that way. Even if/when they lose a couple they'll still be in with a shout because the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City will also drop a lot more points this year. As usual they'll end up winning fuck all. If I've learnt one thing in life, it's never make a comment like that till after your own team has played. Ironically enough Spurs will probably win a league title before Arsenal do again.
