Group H - Matchday 6 - Tuesday 8th December, 2020

Recommended Posts

Kick-offs 20.00 (GMT)

PSG vs Istanbul Basaksehir

RB Leipzig vs Man Utd

image.png

- Man Utd can draw and still qualify, regardless of PSG's result.

- PSG can lose and still qualify as long as RB Leipzig don't pick up any points

- RB Leipzig need to hope PSG lose while they beat/draw with Man Utd

I'd like to say a thank you to Fred for making this crazy last day happen in Group H.

Think Man United will get through but it probably wont be done without a scare or two along the way.

PSG will win easily.

Terrible defending, how was Angelino that wide open with that many defenders out there.

Well it's a dream start for Leipzig with Angelino's superb left footed strike. That early goal should make this match even more exciting.

Angelino is putting the lid on this game.

Yes, it was a superb cross from Angelino which set up Haidara for the volleyed goal.

5 at the back and 2 defensive midfielders, United have set up awfully cautious.

Utd bottling it.

Forsberg should have killed the game there.

Emil Forsberg goes so close to make it 3 nil to Leipzig!

Said to anyone one of my mates that would listen that we’d bottle this big time.

Far from over.

Obviously not working.   Angelino is wide open, he's their leading scorer, Wan-Bisska should be marking more closer.

Istanbul have walked off the pitch.

Reports that the 4th official used the 'N' word towards one of the Istanbul assistants after they were red carded.

What? Just switched channels and its showing match delayed. Hard to believe an official said it.

I know - this is just what Raphael Honigstein said on BT Sport's goals show. How he would know that info I don't know.

I'm sure it'll all come to light in due course...

RB Leipzig make it 3-0. Surely game over for Utd?

Orban's goal is cancelled for offside. So some hope left still for United.

Offside. Utd have been truly awful, hopefully not long until Leipzig put the game to bed.

Has an official really used a racial slur in the other game? Wtf??

Allegedly. How anyone outside of the stadium I wouldn't know but it's what Julien Laurent (not Raphael Honigstein as I thought it was) suggested had happened.

TalkSport said Demba Ba had been allegedly abused.

It seems crazy all things considered but if it’s true, wow.
