That was such an unnecessary error by Hradecky and Tah. The keeper should have stayed on his line really. Lewandowski wasn't going to miss that easy chance once the ball fell to him. Bayern looked the stronger side at the end of that half, but Leverkusen were very impressive for the first half an our of the match though.
