For those that are unaware, common assault can be as simple as pushing or threatening someone.

ABH is the next level up, usually implies a significant level of force has been used.

Controlling/Coercive behaviour can be applied to most domestic matters which is why in general the CPS are usually hesitant to charge somebody with it. We will probably find out over time whether his status had influenced whether it was in the public interest to charge him for that offence.

Ryan Giggs is charged with assaulting two women.  The Welsh FA has  confirmed Assistant Manager Robert Page will manage Wales at this summer's Euros.

Makes you wonder how much United and SAF keep out of the public eye  when Giggs played for United.

The family is scum too, especially his mum, doesn’t speak to Ryan’s brother and hasn’t even seen his kids, her own grandkids since he got mad at Ryan for sleeping with his wife over an 8 year period. How mad is that.

He used to be given compassion leave quite often by Fergie in the 90s and onwards. Was always because he was cheating on a partner and he needed time to clear the air with her lol. He wasn't really discreet about it either as most of Manchester used to seeing going in and out of certain flats in the City Center.

I was going to say how much of a school boy error is that then but it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't actually care if she caught him out. People like him will never change, he's just rotten to the core.

That's shocking that is, you can't even make a case for understanding her actions, she's basically decided one son is better than the other due to his circumstances and rejected the other.

They are a brand in themselves. Himself and Gary seem to be the most entrepreneurial and are often the faces of their businesses. I think Gary will ask Ryan to take a back seat from now on and be a silent member of the club and business.
