And I feel for those that dig themselves a hole and self destruct, getting themselves into big bother. It's just too easy these days for people to join up and become addicted from the comfort of their sofa, especially with so many promotional offers. They are only feeding the problem. Bit of a self confession here I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to gambling, not to the point I'd blow my life savings but I've had to self exclude from every betting app I've ever downloaded because I could feel myself losing control. I agree there is more control to going to the bookies, you go in with your money, you place a bet and then your gone. The app is always there and to easy to access and you have a range of leagues and in play betting you can bet on. I found myself betting through the day at work on some of the most obscure leagues around the planet, at first I'd have a bit of success and then I'd get greedy and lose my winnings. You know you've got to call it day when your betting on the virtual football matches in between matches and that's where I've been at times.
