If on desktop, make sure you confirm your bid by pressing the green mark below your bids: If on app, just click "place offer" when you enter your bid. That might be the issue, as the transfers are being processed at night, usually between 3-4am CET (although the actual time varies), so that's likely the reason why your bids are blocked.
