I know it's incredibly hard to start from scratch when most of the other teams existed way back into the 90s with their factories, staff and general infrastructure (if I'm not mistaken, Mercedes are actually the second youngest team after Haas that started from nothing as BAR back in 1999!) but hopefully the cost cap will make it viable again.
