UEFA always say that teams from same nation cannot be drawn against each other. However, for this draw, they've said if Tottenham draw Leicester and Vitesse draw PSV, 'the outcome will not change due to the qualified team'. Home left on 17th between Wolves and West Ham. Away leg between West Ham and Chelsea so hopefully get the job done first leg to rest key players.
