I'd a hazard a guess this is as bad a half as Spurs have had under Conte so far.

Thoroughly overrun in midfield, can't get the ball to create anything and look fragile at the back.

Not a clue what Tanganga was doing for either goal to be honest but if Spurs aren't careful this will be done before the 2nd leg.

Werner is fucking horrendous. Easily Chelsea's worst ever signing

Nah. Werner is like 40% responsible as to why we won the Champions League. His movement was crucial in the way we played last season.

Morata is the worse, followed by Mutu and SWP. Andriy Shevchenko was also signed pointlessly just because he was Roman's friend.

Why doesn't that Bryan Gil play for Spurs more?

He looked quite bright when he came on, can't really remember seeing him much this season to date but you can see he has something different he can offer this Spurs team.

Conte made the game easy for us, didn’t want to engage us or press at all, was happy just to sit in. Honestly that starting eleven for us was a car crash waiting to happen, particularly with Saúl and Jorginho in midfield which could have easily been overrun and outfought. They looked good because they weren’t pressed the whole game. Conte’s tactics in games like this, are a significant weakness of his and it doesn’t get talked about enough.

❗️ | Mikel Arteta admits there is no guarantee Arsenal will be able to play their Carabao Cup semi-final against Liverpool on Thursday as Arsenal are currently facing a selection crisis with a number of players injured, on AFCON duty or having tested positive for coronavirus.

Disgraceful. AFCON players shouldn't be included and I'm sure they have about 50 players to choose from. They should field a squad full of kids like they did for the FA Cup.

We're missing the best player in England due to AFCON, silly of them to be using that excuse.

Well, that's us in the final, just have to wait and see who we get now??

Good result over both legs... If it had been up to the ref tonight it would have been 3-3 thankfully VAR were on the ball tonight..

My theory is Mike Dean is actually the best referee in England to have on VAR because his ego means he'll take great satisfaction from telling his colleagues they're wrong and overturning them if they're wrong. Anyone else and you can just expect the same silly bullshit you'd expect from any referee, VAR or otherwise - no consistency.

See you at Wembley mate... You won't need to ask for a postponement as you should have all your players back by then...
