We’ve played this season without a right back who’s good enough to start every game at Prem level. Roerslev who played right back last night had chance after chance down the right hand side to put a successful cross in but every time he did it was blocked or didn’t meet our man. If we have a right back whose as good as Henry then I think we create actual goal scoring chances and up the pressure on them. But with that said I think United knew that of us and made it extremely difficult for Henry to impact the game and generally left Roerslev as the free option. Last night made me think we definitely need a quality right back and as much as I love Jansson he’s got his limitations at this level and I’d rather he gets reduced to squad depth rather than a starter every game so that we’re not relying on defenders to fill in who aren’t as good as he is.
