Good race. Too bad Sainz didn't have quite enough to get alongside in the closing laps.

Verstappen is just too good at the moment. Really hope Ferrari can raise their game and make it competitive.

Decent race. Didn't expect Carlos to get that close towards the end. I was hoping he could get alongside Max, but it just wasn't to be. Max drove like a machine. Well deserved win.

Also nice to see Lewis on the podium again!

Good win by Max. He kinda needed to take this to get some air in the title fight.

However, I feel like people are writing off Ferrari too early. They still have the pace to match Red Bull and if they have a few weekends without reliability issues or weird strategy calls, things might be a lot closer than they seem at the moment. Especially with Pérez showing that Red Bull aren't quite out of the woods themselves when it comes to reliability.

It's 4 races left until the summer break, so if Red Bull can keep beating Ferrari until then, I'll have good faith. But until then, it's not over by a long shot.

like clockwork you could predict Alpine to screw up.

opting for a slower 1 stopper 3rd race in a row.

not pitting Alonso under VSC leaving him out on old tyres.

the incompetence of Alpine makes Ferrari look like redbull.

by the end of the race both cars have no tyres or snail pacing it.

Alpine's strategy with Alonso made no sense. Hamilton was his main early rival and he managed to stop, catch Alonso and pass him before Alonso even stopped. No reason not to pit him earlier on. He got unlucky with the full safety car as he would have been comfortably ahead of at least Ocon and Leclerc once they made their final stops if the race had finished under normal running and he managed to see out the one stop on the hards.
