They join the following teams: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2023_AFC_Asian_Cup_qualification#Qualified_teams I think that leaves 2 more teams to qualify. In your own link it has Hong Kong have qualified previously in 1968. I always find it bizarre how South Korea have only won it twice, and they were so long ago!
