Ajax have finally had a 30 million euros bid accepted by Tottenham for Steven Bergwijn.

Not quite - Levy still not satisfied with the instalments and the sell on % but it will get done

serious overpay

It really isn’t. He’s a very good player, would love for him to stay but he does need to play football so leaves with all our goodwill. He will be excellent for Ajax

If he was good,  you would not have replaced him with Richarlison.   He was a Mourinho signing which Conte wants to purge.    I am sure he will do well for Ajax,  its a lower league.   Like a lot of Mourinho signings he just didn't work out and everyone moves on.

That’s far too simplistic. He wants to go to play football. Everybody at the club would like him to stay. He’s a very good player. Just not as good as the three ahead of him

Bergwijn is quality,  Tottenham have just not been able to get the best out of him,  He will shine for Ajax and then they will sell him on to a bigger league again, like they have with Haller.

Fully agree. Will be back in a top 5 league within 2 years
