We may well do, but I don't think we'll drop, nor do I think we'd leave it as late as we did to survive last season. My main concern is goals in the team mind, I do think we look short.

Obviously we will miss those two massively, especially Raphinha's attacking numbers. Not sure Phillips would have been the same player for us under Marsch's system.

Bit of an unknown quantity now with a lot of players unproven in the league we have brought in. Going to be interesting to see how they adapt. I don't expect them all to work out.

But we had some horrendous luck last season with injuries, surely won't happen again. Lots of pressure on Bamford for goals though, bit worried until we get this other striker in. We can't rely on his fitness.

Hopefully we'll be ok mind.

If you’re not gonna sign big, somebody like Pukki wouldn’t be a bad signing. He’s a good poacher and has a great striker instinct.

I know what you are saying and don't entirely disagree, but Pukki is 32 and we just don't make moves like that.

I do think we could do with some form of experience mind.

Some good buys but must be difficult to have to replace two very important players and hope the replacements hit the ground running. Outside of Raphinha and Phillips you didn’t really have a lot of quality in the team

I don't entirely disagree with that to be fair but we were so spoilt under Bielsa. Under Marsch I don't think many will out work us but we create less so we will need to be more clinical. I can see us drawing a few games.

Fortunately, I think there are enough teams around us that we can get the better of over 38 games.

Everton for obvious reasons, think they will struggle. Bournemouth look weak, Fulham still look weak, Forest could go either way. Southampton could be 50/50. I'd even say there's a big question mark how you guys will go. Six teams there that I'd arguably say are in the same boat.

I would say though that if we get past the first 10-12 games and haven't got a decent start, the pressure will be cranking up. I'm semi nervous/intrigued to see how it pans out.

Phillips was playing CB for us last night xD ..he played one long pass from the halfway line that just flown off the end of the pitch, it was so wild no one even chased it lol, reminded me of that Peter Kay advert "have it"😂
