Again, I think this match was a mix of Spain being excellent and Costa Rica being poor. But the Spanish will feel elated with the manner of this win. They were very good in the Euros for large parts - I actually think there was a case they played the best football in it but ultimately were a bit unfortunate to go out. Asian teams have been relatively better and even improved after initial fuck ups. I'm still expecting Iran and Qatar to show better results in next rouns.
