They've had free-kicks in dangerous positions, but wasted them. Their final ball has been lacking, despite having most of the possession. Iran have looked much more organised defensively and they look compact and always eager to take the opportunity to counter when it comes. Moore though with his first half chance in front of goal, should have scored. Either side of the keeper from that range and it would have been a goal, instead it was straight at the goalie who blocked it. His effort was the best chance of the 1st half. Looks hot out there, maybe that's taking its toll, the heat doesn't suit European sides. There shouldn't be any excuses though. Ramsey needs to get more involved. The referee has been way too soft. He's Guatemalan I believe, probably used to so many fouls happening in Central America, that he doesn't book. Different refereeing style to European refs.
