Initially looked offside, but they're viewing the 'foul' on Kudus for the penalty so must have been onside...

IMO De Arrascaeta should start for Uruguay. He's their most creative, Alonso can't leave him on the bench once again.

He came on and hit the post v Pirtugal the other night I think?

He plays in Brazil, for Flamengo. I am not sure why no european clubs went after him.

In my opinion and I am not alone there, he would've been called for our NT if he were brazilian. He's a classic attacking midfielder, not many players like him in football nowadays. 

About the Portugal game, I don't remember. 

 

I've just found it on a Twitter. He's on class of his own.
